Is there a trailer for Love Island Australia 2025?

On Sunday, October 5, in an Adam and Eve-style video, Love Island Australia monarch Sophie Monk gave us a little teaser into what we can expect from this year’s season.

The video begins with Monk hanging out in a scene similar to Sandro Botticelli‘s The Birth of Venus, where she’s reading the book on “The Rules of Love”.

Naturally, the rules include all that mushy stuff Instagram posts would consist of, such as “no breadcrumbing, no ghosting, no gaslighting”, etc. However, when Monk gets to “never stalk your ex’s socials ever,” she immediately throws the book out and takes a bite of the “Forbidden Fruit”.

“Just one bite,” she says before sinking her teeth into an apple that transforms her into a demonic baddie (in the best way possible).

Monk goes on to promise “more hookups, more heat and way more twists” in this upcoming season of Love Island Australia, alongside snippets of what appear to be islanders and their potential matches.

When is Love Island Australia 2025 coming out?

Unfortunately, the trailer did not reveal an exact premiere date. But they did say it’s coming! So I guess we’ll just have to sit around and wait for our fix.
