It’s been less than a week since Nicole Kidman filed for divorce from her husband of 19 years, Keith Urban, and the star has been seen debuting a new look at Paris Fashion Week. The 58-year-old attended the Chanel Womenswear Spring/Summer 2026 show on Monday (local time) with her daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.

Nicole kept things casual for the event, wearing a tuxedo shirt and wide-leg jeans. The star’s daughters also opted for denim, with Sunday wearing baggy jeans paired with a red sweater vest, and Faith choosing a black dress and a denim jacket.

The Aussie actress also debuted a new fringe for the occasion, which she didn’t have when she made her first public appearance since the split announcement over the weekend.

Fans loved the look, with one person writing on X, “Nicole Kidman looks so different but so good. Keith Urban who?”

Another joked, “Nicole Kidman proving that being away from a man will bring out the best in you.”

The actress attended an event in Texas where she presented Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan with an award.

Nicole, who has worked with Taylor on the Paramount+ series Special Ops: Lioness, praised the writer and director in her speech.

“I think what Taylor recognises, as we all do, is that we are all more alike than we are different, and that we are better when we look out for each other, and that, of course, is why we’re here tonight,” she said.

“What better way to support, to elevate our common humanity than to help fund bold and innovative research.”

Keith, meanwhile, has returned to his worldwide tour and chose to keep a photo of Nicole and his daughters in a slideshow that plays during his performance of ‘Heart Like A Hometown’.

Sunday Rose was also seen at the Miu Miu fashion show at Paris Fashion Week, where she sat next to Joey King, who starred alongside her mum in The Family Affair last year, as well as Kylie Jenner and Emma Corrin.

Sunday has not made a statement about her parents’ split, but has been active on social media during the last week.

She did, however, speak about the Chanel show that she attended with her mum and sister and said: “There were tears.”

‘Trying to save’: Nicole ‘did not want the separation’ from Keith

TMZ revealed last week that multiple sources confirmed the news of the split to them, adding that the couple has been living apart for months.

“Sometimes relationships just run their course,” a source told Page Six. They claimed that the Big Little Lies actress “did not want the separation and was trying to save things”.

Multiple sources told TMZ Nicole and Keith have been living apart “since the beginning of summer” and that Nicole is caring for their daughters at their home in Nashville.

They added that Nicole is “holding the family together through this difficult time since Keith has been gone”.

Nicole petitioned a Nashville court last week to end the marriage, stating that the relationship “suffered irreconcilable differences”.

Online court records indicate that a parenting plan and a child support worksheet were included, according to USA Today.

The Babygirl actress asked the court to name her the “primary residential parent of the minor children.”

The children will spend the majority of their time with Nicole (approximately 309 days of the year), with the remaining time with their father.

Nicole and Keith married nearly a year after meeting on June 25, 2006, in Sydney’s northern beaches.
