Former Married at First Sight brides Lucinda Light and Andrea Thompson are leading a huge casting shake-up for the 2026 season of Channel Nine’s Travel Guides.

Lucinda, 44, shared the news this week that the pair will appear in a single episode of the reality hit with the original line-up of jet-setters.

Also new to the Travel Guides cast for the upcoming series are Love Island hunks Callum Hole and Mitch Hibberd, and sisters Eliza and Liberty Paschke from The Block.

Nine announced the changes to the show on Wednesday, revealing that husband and wife country music duo Adam Eckersley and Brooke McClymont will also be hitting the road for Travel Guides in the new year.

Rounding out the new cast members will be two mums from Brisbane, Nicky and Connie, and best friends Tash and Meryl.

Returning from last season to give their no-holds-barred travel advice will be Kev, Dorian and Teng, Karly and Bri, the Fren family and Kevin and Janetta.

Producers have revealed that the Travel Guides will be heading to ten different locations, including spots in Australia, Ireland, Tanzania, and Brazil.

Fans can look forward to the cast experiencing party life in Rio de Janeiro and joining rodeo action in Queensland’s Mt Isa.

Taking to Instagram, Lucinda gushed over her chance to play travel guide alongside her 53-year-old MAFS 2024 buddy.

‘Australia’s favourite lifestyle TV show just announced that Andrea Thompson & I are popping in for one episode amongst the OG cast next year (who are all legends!)’ she posted.

‘We will keep the destination a secret… so much fun and a real honour! Look out for the show on Channel Nine. Yee-Haa ~ too blessed to be stressed.’

She also included a photo of herself posing with Andrea on a hilltop.

Fans were quick to share their enthusiasm for the MAFS’ brides’ next TV gig.

‘Can’t wait to see you two soul sisters light up on our screens together again!!!’ messaged one follower, while another added, ‘Well done legends.’

A third fan commented: ‘OMG I love this, you will light up the TV screen again.’

Travel Guides will no doubt be a change of pace for sisters Eliza, 37, and Liberty, 36, Paschke, who rose to fame on The Block in 2023 and have since launched a podcast Try Before You Die.

The popular pair, who sold their home on The Block to Adrian Portelli for $4.3 million, recently appeared on Nine’s Do You Want to Live Forever?

Pals Callum, 27, and Mitch, 29, have already seen plenty of the limelight.

Mitch won fans in the AFL as a player for Essendon and later won Love Island Australia 2021 after he was paired with Tina Provis.
