Feildel and Colin Fassnidge return as co-hosts and judges of My Kitchen Rules Season 15 on Seven.
Manu said: “Cooking continues to evolve – in households across Australia and around the world. This year’s MKR contestants bring new recipes, fresh ingredients and innovative tactics and techniques. We’re in for a very interesting season around the dinner table.”
Colin: “There are many different personalities at the table, all firing at 110%. Also upping the ante this year, we have some controversial dishes, one in particular that will divide the table and the nation.”
It isn’t clear if further teams will be introduced into the competition (probably).
Only one team will claim $100,000 and the title of MKR champions.

Justin and Will
Best Mates – NSW
Best mates Justin and Will live and breathe food, fitness and fatherhood. It was bromance at first sight when these doting dads met 12 years ago through their wives. United by shared passions and a serious competitive streak, they’re all about bold flavours, big banter and brotherly camaraderie. Justin, a gym owner and foodie Instagrammer, started by making videos for his gym members, content that quickly grew into a popular online presence. Charismatic, extroverted, cheeky and messy in the kitchen, Justin draws culinary inspiration from his South African roots. Will, a former NRL player for the Wests Tigers and Sydney Roosters, is a devoted family man whose ultimate love language is food. Cool, calm and collected, he’s always up for a challenge and brings his passion for Tongan-inspired dishes to the table.
Who or what inspired your love of cooking?
Justin: My parents and our South African roots; my love for food came from those smoky, spicy, love-filled meals. Food isn’t just something to eat – it’s about connection, love, and bringing people together.
Will: Definitely my parents and especially my late father. Food plays a significant role in Tongan culture, and we do it in a very rustic way. You won’t find fine dining in Tonga. I remember the feasts we had as kids, including whole pig on the spit, surrounded by sides like Lu sipi, chop suey and raw fish.
How would you describe your cooking style in one sentence?
Justin: Big flavour, honest food that puts a smile on your face – no fuss, just made for feeding real people.
Will: Measured, with “still a lot to learn” kind of style if that makes sense.
How would you describe your team dynamic?
Justin: We’re passionate and competitive, but we stay in sync. There’s plenty of banter and belief, and we know exactly how to play to each other’s strengths.
Will: A brotherly type of dynamic. Love one day, hate the next, but always committed to each other in the kitchen. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, whereas Justin is more rustic and cooks with intuition.

Anne and Maree
Greek Mum and Daughter – VIC
Loud, proud and the life of the party – it’s non-stop singing, dancing and laughter with Anne and Maree. They might be mother and daughter, but they’re more like best friends, bonded by strong family values and a deep pride in their Greek heritage. Anne, a former beautician with a keen eye for detail, won’t settle for anything less than perfect. She has a heart of gold but cross her family, and the mother bear in her will come out in full force! Maree, a mother of three and an accomplished singer, now works parttime as a learning assistant. Inspired by Anne’s late mother, they dream of turning her traditional Greek recipes into a cookbook to share with the world.
How would you describe your personality?
Anne: Fun, sensitive, compassionate, bubbly and the life of the party.
Maree: Loyal, compassionate, fun, full of zest and spontaneous.
Who or what inspired your love of cooking?
Anne: That’s easy: my mum was my heart.She was such a giving, loving mum and her cooking was world-class. My family is Greek with a big emphasis on family, food and lots of laughter. When we get together, we’re loud, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Maree: My mum and my Yia-yia are my biggest role models when it comes to cooking. We’re Greek, so my influence is very much rooted in our culture.
How would you describe your cooking style in one sentence?
Anne: Greek all the way!
Maree: Delicious and full of flavour.
How did you learn to cook?
Anne: I learned by watching my mum. I’d sit next to her and ask her questions about why she used certain spices. She was so patient with me.
Maree: By watching my mum every day after school, and by going to Yia-yia’s house to help her cook.

Michael and Rielli
Opinionated Couple – VIC
Michael is a meat-loving civil engineer with a passion for self-improvement. Rielli, a graphic designer with a flair for fun, brings playful energy and serious baking skills to the mix. Together for five years, the globetrotting, fitness-forward lovebirds are a classic yet contrasting pair who complement in all the right ways. In the kitchen, Michael dives into bold, meat-driven dishes, while Rielli serves up shop-quality cakes and pastries. They met at a pub crawl dressed in Santa costumes and the spark hasn’t faded since. Now, they’re chasing a shared dream: Rielli hopes to launch her own baking business, and Michael is right by her side, cheering her on every step of the way.
How would you describe your personality?
Michael: Positive, driven and always up for a laugh. I’m the kind of person who throws myself into everything I do, whether it’s cooking, business or life.
Rielli: I’d describe myself as a fake extrovert. Being loud and outgoing doesn’t come naturally to me, but I love pushing myself out of my comfort zone – and it always leads to good things.
Why did you want to compete on MKR?
Michael: To support Rielli’s dream of opening a bakery, to have fun and to challenge ourselves.
Rielli: I want to open a pâtisserie someday, so I saw MKR as an opportunity to showcase my dessert skills to the world.
Who or what inspired your love of cooking?
Michael: My love of cooking comes from my mum and dad. I grew up with hearty, simple, delicious meals that brought people together. More recently, it’s been inspired by watching and supporting Rielli’s passion for baking and exploring new flavours.
Rielli: I grew up watching the Food Channel. I was completely obsessed with Cake Boss and Planet Cake! That’s where my love of desserts originated. After travelling and trying all different cuisines, I fell in love with all types of food.

Maria and Bailey
Boss Friends – SA
Besties Maria and Bailey are competitive go-getters who’ll try their hand at anything. Maria, who relocated to Australia from Greece after falling in love with an Aussie, runs her own cookie and brownie baking business.
Independent and adventurous, she taught herself to cook at a young age by watching old Greek cooking shows
and experimenting in the kitchen. Direct, confident and very driven, Bailey is always up for a challenge. The former ballet dancer now serves as general manager of a recruitment company and runs a bodybuilding
federation. Bailey’s love of food is a more recent passion, with Maria teaching him the ropes since they met.
Maria and Bailey have a sibling-like relationship. Both are stubborn, blunt and
honest communicators, spending their time both supporting and teasing each other; however, Maria is the boss in the kitchen, with no ifs, ands, or buts.
How would you describe your personality?
Maria: Passionate, driven and a little stubborn – in the best way! As a Greek, being expressive, loud and full of energy is second nature to me. I’m generous at heart, love making people laugh and bring a sense of fun to everything I do.
Bailey: An extroverted introvert. I am very direct and happy to say it as it is. Incredibly honest – maybe too much. People often say I don’t say a lot, but when I do, it tends to cut deep.
How did you learn to cook?
Maria: I’m completely self-taught. I learned by watching cooking shows and extensive research on YouTube, then experimenting in the kitchen. No fancy training, just a lot of love for food, curiosity and plenty of trial and error.
Bailey: Maria taught me the more technical side of cooking. From my family, I learned how to be creative with whatever’s in the fridge or pantry.

Lol and Lil
Besties – QLD
Lol and Lil are OG besties turned pest-control administration queens, with a bond so tight they say they are cousins. They have been friends since they were babies, thanks to their mums, who were best friends at the time. They bring sparkling energy, effortless banter, laughs and the perfect balance of sugar and spice to MKR.
Proudly hailing from Logan, Queensland, these vibrant home cooks are ready to prove they’re more than just smiles. Lil makes it clear they’ve got their eye on the prize and should not be underestimated. Lol, who’s never left Queensland – let alone flown on a plane – is stepping out of her comfort zone for the ultimate culinary adventure.
How would you describe your personality?
Lol: Loud, bubbly, kind, emotional and a little chaotic.
Lil: Bright and bubbly.
Why did you want to compete on MKR?
Lol: To prove to ourselves that we can step outside of our comfort zone and excel. We want to make ourselves and our families proud.
Lil: I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone and try something new.
How did you learn to cook?
Lol: My grandma is my biggest inspiration. I was in the kitchen with her for as long as I can remember and learned so much from her.
Lil: My passion for cooking grew as I got older. I always loved watching cooking shows growing up, they inspired me to learn. Cooking for my friends and family brings me so much joy.
How would you describe your cooking style in one sentence?
Lol: Our cooking style takes you around the world.
Lil: Hearty, home-cooked food.

Mel and Jacinta
Feisty Cousins – NSW
Cousins Mel and Jacinta are here to stir the pot in more ways than one! With Jacinta’s lively charm and nutritional know-how paired with Mel’s cool confidence, they’re out to prove healthy cooking doesn’t have to be complicated and expensive. Jacinta, with a background in nutritional medicine, brings bold, health-focused flavours to the table, surprising meat lovers with her vegan and gluten-free twists. Mel balances things out with comforting classics, like prawn cocktails with a healthy spin. Together, they serve up crowd-pleasers with a nutritious edge. Mel and Jacinta dream of creating a cookbook that proves nutritious, healthy food can be both affordable and delicious
How would you describe your cooking style in one sentence?
Mel: My cooking style is surprisingly healthy and creative, blending bold flavours with wholesome ingredients, and always leaving room for a bit of experimentation.
Jacinta: Wholesome, vibrant and Mediterranean-inspired, using simple ingredients to create nourishing meals that
bring people together.
What message do you want to share with Australia through your food?
Mel: Healthy food can be absolutely delicious. You don’t have to miss out on the good stuff, even if you have dietary restrictions or intolerances. With a little creativity, you can enjoy vibrant, flavourpacked meals that nourish your body and satisfy your cravings.
Jacinta: I want to encourage everyone to give cooking a go and have fun with it. It doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. It can be simple, joyful and one of the most powerful ways to care for yourself and others.
How would you describe your team dynamic?
Mel: Fun, a little chaotic in the best way, and genuinely supportive. We thrive on laughter, open communication and a shared commitment to getting things done, even if it means juggling multiple tasks at once. We each bring our strengths to the table, and we’re not afraid to challenge each other or pitch in when someone needs a hand.
