we’re going to Nova Scotia to talk about the case of missing siblings—six-year-old Lily and four-year-old Jack Sullivan from Lanstown Station.

Well, things go from bad to worse in this case, because now Malaya, Lily and Jack’s mother, is accusing Belinda—their biological grandmother, Lily and Jack’s bio dad’s mother—of lying and harassing her. She’s even called the police to report it. Can you believe that?

Belinda, in my opinion, is the only one who seems to be out there spreading awareness for Lily and Jack. She’s the one who really seems to care. In my opinion, yeah, you can say that Daniel, their stepdad, was out there in the first couple of weeks. He said he would look for them for the rest of his life. But is he really though? Is that what he’s doing? Or is he just making stuff up now to go along with what that clown Derwood said?

Is he all over social media spreading rumors that aren’t true to get at Malaya because he’s a narcissistic ass? His narcissism is very injured now because Malaya left him, and he’s spiteful and accusing her. That’s what it looks like to me.

However, Malaya doesn’t get my vote either. Because in my opinion, Malaya has been… well, what has she been? We don’t know what she’s been—because she left the day after she reported the children missing.

The children were reported missing at 10:01, according to Malaya—very specific—on May 2nd. And then a day after, she left. And now she’s accused Daniel of being a druggie, abusive, and controlling. But then again, she told Sunny from It’s a Crime and Shame that she doesn’t think Daniel would hurt Lily and Jack.

So, what we’re going to do in this video: we’re going to talk about what Belinda said regarding Malaya calling the cops. Let’s go.

All right, without further ado, Belinda was on It’s a Crime and Shame last night, and I’m going to play you a couple of minutes of the show. Let’s listen to what Belinda said about a call she got from RCMP:

“Yesterday morning, my day started out with where I had left messages concerning the fundraiser, and Malaya and Lana speaking and what was going on there—what my concerns were and how I found out that it was Malaya speaking. They finally got back to me yesterday morning.

Now, sadly, it’s not great news. There’s really not a whole lot to report from the crime unit, because they have no suspects whatsoever. They have no evidence as of yet, and they’re just as bewildered as everybody else on what happened to these two kids.”

RCMP have nothing. That was the update.

Let’s continue, because the RCMP had more to say:

“And I stated, ‘I don’t know how you guys can say that there were only three people there with these two kids. You must be able to lay charges. There were only three people there—there was nobody else. Just those three, and possibly four if Justin. I still don’t know.’ And he stated, ‘Well, you need evidence, and we don’t have any at this time. We are still searching and trying to find the answers.’”

Well, maybe if you brought in cadaver dogs early on, maybe that would have been some kind of help.

I do know a lot of the forensics have not come back yet for testing. So fingers and everything crossed. Here’s hoping. But I think this case kind of went cold the very first day—when they didn’t close off the trailer and everybody was tramping in and out. I think it was a mess-up from the start.

Yeah, I agree. I absolutely agree.

Anyway, let’s get to the part where RCMP called Belinda and said she’s been harassing Malaya.

“I want to go back to Malaya and Cheryl. Yesterday afternoon, I get a call from an RCMP officer, and he states that a complaint was lodged against me. It was lodged by Malaya—for defamation of character and harassment.

So I asked him what he was talking about. He said, ‘Well, you’re making claims that she’s guilty of doing away with her kids.’ He said, ‘She’s had to block you from the harassment.’

I said, ‘First off, Malaya blocked me on Facebook months ago. I had no contact with her.’ So he said, ‘Well, how were you reaching her?’ I said, ‘I wasn’t reaching her. I’ve been on a YouTube channel—It’s a Crime and Shame. There are a couple of tag groups on Facebook that I’m part of, and I’ve voiced my opinion. I’ve never called her a killer. I’ve never stated she’s unalived anybody. I have strictly stated that there were three people there: her, Daniel, and Janie. In my eyes, they are all suspects. And until the police can prove otherwise, they are all suspects.’”

Absolutely. At least persons of interest. I’m sure they are to the cops as well. So until the cops clear them, I agree with Belinda.

If we’re thinking something bad happened to Lily and Jack—and that they’re not just lost in the woods—well, those are the three people who were actually there on the property. So of course they’re going to be persons of interest.

Belinda expressing an opinion about the situation is not defamation. If you’re saying, definitively, “Malaya did it,” and you’re wrong, that’s one thing. But expressing an opinion—that’s legal. That’s free speech.

Anyway, Belinda went on to say that Cheryl also called the RCMP to complain about her. So Belinda got yet another phone call about Cheryl.

Cheryl is just some hanger-on whose name has come up because she spoke to someone on TikTok Live, and she’s been involved in this fundraising debacle I’ve already talked about previously. Absolutely ridiculous.

Malaya, if you don’t want people talking about you, if you don’t want people suspecting you—well, I don’t know what to tell you. The things that Daniel has said, and you’ve said, have raised red flags. And when you do speak, your story has been inconsistent.

Let me give you an example. These are screenshots. I showed a couple of them yesterday. This is from Sunny’s conversation with Malaya.

Malaya says:

“I heard the kids in the morning. Yes, Daniel was sleeping beside me the entire time from 6:10 to around 9:40, when I woke him up because I no longer heard them in the bedroom.”

So now the children were in the bedroom? Daniel has said that Lily kept coming into the bedroom, and he was the one who realized they were missing, because Malaya was asleep. And then he heard Jack in the kitchen—but never saw Jack.

But now Malaya says she was the one who heard them, and Daniel was sleeping the whole time?

Then there’s the timeline: Malaya says she called the school at 6:18 a.m. to report the children absent. Then went back to sleep until 9:40. She realized they were missing, and called the police at 10:01.

So, she wakes up at 9:40, then calls police at 10:01. That’s 20 minutes. Yet she and Daniel say the kids never go out alone. But Daniel, in one interview, admitted he’s always telling the kids to keep the door closed when they go out.

That proves Lily and Jack do go out on their own. You’re lying.

If they do go out without supervision, and you’re relying on Janie to call you when they do, why not put a lock on the sliding glass door?

For some reason that morning, she says she never got that call. So now Janie was the last one to hear them? It’s just unbelievable.

None of these people are taking responsibility. And then you wonder why people are suspicious of you?
