The Montreal Canadiens always do an excellent job of entertaining their fans on social media.

In the past few hours, the organization has posted a nice little video confirming that Cole Caufield and Christian Dvorak are still roommates and very good friends.

Believe it or not, the guys from Stanley25 were talking about this in a recent episode, but a trade involving Dvorak at the deadline would certainly have had an impact on Caufield.

That’s something to keep in mind.

Just ask Brady Tkachuk:

Check out the post about the two roommates:

You can see they have great chemistry and get along very well.

I wonder if this could lead Kent Hughes and Jeff Gorton to offer D-Vo a new contract this summer.

Quietly, in his new role, Dvorak has been a useful player for the Montreal Canadiens this season, as Martin St-Louis mentioned in a press conference yesterday.

With his $4.45 million per year contract set to expire on July 1, would you like to see the Habs re-sign him for $2 or $3 million per year?

The 29-year-old center has 22 points in 67 games this season, with a -10 rating, and is extremely effective in the faceoff circle.

Over his NHL career, Dvorak has recorded 101 goals and 137 assists (238 points) in 518 career games.

He has been with the Canadiens since the 2021-22 season, following the highly publicized departure of a certain Jesperi Kotkaniemi.
