The Block stars Courtney and Grant have some huge news to share – they’re having a baby!
The Season 20 couple, who walked away as millionaires in a history-making grand finale last year, announced the exciting news on Instagram on Tuesday.
“Carrying a little extra baggage this Europe trip 👶🏻🐣,” they wrote.
Alongside the announcement was a string of recent snaps from their stunning European vacation.
In one photo, Courtney was seen with Grant’s arm around her side, while she cradled her growing baby bump.
In a second snap, the new mum-to-be showed off her bump while wearing swimwear and taking in the stunning European coastal sights.
The post was met with an abundance of well-wishes from fellow Block stars, with Season 20 co-stars Eliza and Liberty commenting: “Best news, congrats team ❤️.”
“Agh so beautiful ! Congratulations you guys 😍,” wrote The Block 2024 winner Steph, who is also pregnant with her first child.
“OMG congratulations guys – this is the best news ever xx,” celebrated Block All Stars Alisa and Lysandra.
“❤️❤️❤️❤️that’s such wonderful news! I’m so delighted for you both,” said Shelley Craft, while co-star Paige Beechey wrote: “Omg no way!! This is unreal news ❤️❤️.”
There must have been something in the water, because like co-stars Courtney and Steph, Paige Beechey is also pregnant with her first child.
The news comes a year after Courtney and Grant walked away as newly-minted millionaires in last year’s gripping Block auction.

Courtney and Grant made quite the impact during their 13-week Block journey.
In a history-making grand finale, the Sydney couple secured an incredible $1.35 million profit on The Block 2024 after billionaire Adrian Portelli snapped up their lavish home.
The married couple introduced the nation to their Moditerranean style (that’s modern meets Mediterranean) and the judges declared that it would be the next style to take Australia by storm.
Just days after their incredible auction, Courtney reflected on their “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity.
“I still can’t believe this is real,” she said at the time. “Just 12 months ago, we submitted a silly little video – 30 minutes before The Block submissions closed!
“We got in, and from that moment, we promised to give it everything we had.
“Blood, sweat, and so many tears later, we’ve won six rooms, a car, the cover of Domain and $1.35 million. But this experience was so much more than any prize. It was the most challenging journey, but also the most rewarding one.”
Courtney and Grant set the bar incredibly high after going first on auction day.
Their house sold for a $3,300,000 – a whopping $1,350,000 over the property’s reserve price of $1,950,000.
Speaking exclusively to 9Entertainment after their win, Grant said: “Adrian [Portelli] does what he does and outbids himself and I couldn’t be more grateful.”
“We were not expecting that,” Courtney added.
Following their time on The Block, the couple officially launched their own Moditerranean collection!
Now with a baby on the way, they have an exciting new chapter to look forward to.
