Radio queen Jackie ‘O’ Henderson‘s Sydney oceanside dream home is officially coming to life.

Exclusive photos obtained by Daily Mail capture the construction progress on Jackie’s $13.25 million Clovelly mansion, and show the sprawling ground level is now firmly in place.

Aerial images capture the ambitious build in action, with cranes, heavy machinery and a team of builders hard at work transforming the oceanfront property into a celebrity-worthy palace.

The site has been cleared of the original 1960s-era six-bedroom, three-storey home, leaving a vast, open canvas.

Meanwhile, large earthmovers and excavators can be seen shifting soil, while scaffolding outlines the mansion’s future footprint.

Workers are busy laying foundations and preparing for the next stages of construction, signalling that the build is progressing at a steady pace.

The site already looks grand, with its sweeping oceanside position and expansive footprint commanding attention.

The scale of the construction hints at the magnificent coastal palace it is set to become.

Jackie appears to be taking a hands-on approach, regularly visiting the site to oversee the work.

Earlier this year, she shared snapshots of herself alongside the construction team, jokingly captioning one photo: ‘Site meeting.’

The images show the mansion is shaping up to be a sprawling, multi-level residence, perfectly positioned to maximise its panoramic ocean views.

The Kyle and Jackie O Show star has been posting regularly on her Instagram to keep followers updated on the progress.

Back in December Jackie shared video and images of the demolishing works on the original property.

Photos showed a sloped frontage, leading to several staggered levels with the whole area now cordoned off with temporary fencing.

The scene was a far cry from the 1960s-era home that once stood on the site.

An aerial photo of the site revealed just how close Jackie will be to the stunning coastline.

The picture showed the crystal-clear water just metres away from what will eventually be Jackie’s front door.

The property is located on a clifftop over looking the ocean in the sought-after beach suburb of Clovelly, which is 9 km from the CBD.

Jackie previously teased fans with a preview of her amazing design plans for her ‘dream home’, which is costing her millions of dollars, according to Now to Love.

Taking to her Instagram in February, the KIIS FM presenter showed off her plans to create a chic living space with a stunning multi-million-dollar view of the sea.

Sharing the snapshots of what she wanted her dream home to become, Jackie tagged prestige architect Madeleine Blanchfield who is behind the impressive build.

The photos, from previous Madeleine Blanchfield projects, provided ample inspiration for Jackie.

A spokesperson for Jackie said that the pictures were ‘mock[ups] of options of what her new home will look like’.

Jackie snapped up the property in March 2023 for a massive $13.25 million at an open auction.

The house is set back from the road, offering Jackie the privacy she hasn’t had on the narrow streets of her former address.

Jackie bought her new home after pocketing a tidy $2 million in profit on the sale of her old home in Woollahra, after paying $11 million for it in 2020.
