We were waiting for it, and now we have it, the answer to when the Canadiens’ much-anticipated end-of-season press conference would take place.
The Canadiens call the media for a Kent Hughes press conference starting tomorrow
So, “locker clean-out day” for the Montreal Canadiens will officially be tomorrow morning.
“The Canadiens’ end-of-season media availability will take place Friday morning, starting at 9:30.”

The Canadiens clearly want to get this wrapped up quickly, and then send everyone off for a well-deserved break.
Kent Hughes, Jeff Gorton, Martin St-Louis, and the majority of the players will be present at the press conference tomorrow, Friday, May 2, and they will answer questions.

Quietly, it’s already known that David Savard played his final game with the Canadiens last night, but it’s clear several other players also suited up for the last time with the Habs.
