As the self-described “humbly wealthy” groom, Married At First Sight‘s Clint Rice made quite the impression on the hit dating experiment.

After meeting his fiancée Jacqui Burfoot on the series, the two have settled into their new lives in the pro golfer’s luxe Launceston home in Tasmania.

Clint, 43, unveiled his stunning Tasmanian property on the TV series My Aussie Build in an episode that was filmed before his time on MAFS.

The property, which took 14 months to design and 12 months to build, was reportedly completed in 2023.

According to designer Allure Building Design’s Instagram page, the build was originally designed for Clint and his ex partner of 10 years.

The property is reportedly worth between $2.2 and $2.5 million.

Take a tour of Clint’s Tassie mansion

The mansion boasts cashmere carpet, Versace wallpaper, a private tennis court, putting green and home gym – and that’s just the start of the Californian-style luxury home.

The grand Tasmanian home features timeless neutral tones and a “soft masculinity” to its interior style.

The hero of the main bedroom is perhaps the stunning walk-in-robe that hits the brief of “luxury hotel room vibes”.

A brief easily met when you add cashmere carpet to the list.

The main ensuite boasts a gorgeous marble double vanity, complementing the flawless dolomite stone benchtop in the kitchen.

Perhaps the most show stopping feature, moving to the main lounge room, is the textured Versace wallpaper.

Talk about expensive taste!

From the business side of the house, to the “party side” of the house, the property is an entertainer’s dream.

Hidden behind two doors is a private bar, a full sized-theatre and the famous golf simulator.

Of course, no house tour is complete without an appearance from the MAFS groom himself.

Two days before the house’s reveal, Clint tested out one very expensive new featured that was installed.

Jacqui points out detail in Clint’s My Aussie Build appearance

Taking to Instagram, Clint’s co-star now fiancée Jacqui shared a sweet detail behind the property story.

She realised that if Clint’s house was never featured on Channel 9’s My Aussie Build, then perhaps Clint would have never applied to be on MAFS, also a Channel 9 show.

“And he would have never met me!!” wrote Jacqui as she jumped on the online ‘butterfly effect’ trend.

Jacqui and Clint’s relationship timeline

Jacqui and Clint announced their engagement in April 2025.

The pair met during the series, and soon found love after filming wrapped.

Jacqui was previously married to Ryan Donnelly, but the couple ended their romance in an explosive Final Vows.

Meanwhile, Clint was married to Lauren Hall after her failed marriage to Eliot Donovan. The couple left early on into their relationship, and he and Jacqui connected after her romance with Ryan ended.

After weeks of rumours, they confirmed their romance at the start of the Reunion Dinner Party.

“At least we found each other,” Jacqui said to Clint in the sweet clip.
