Fox News star Harris Faulkner has built a career defined by strength, resilience, and grace under pressure. And those same qualities have shaped her relationship with Tony Berlin, a relationship that began not with sparks but with competition.
Surprising as it may be, Faulkner and Berlin’s story started on the opposite end of the love spectrum: rivalry.

The Unexpected Start: Rivalry Turned Friendship
It all began in Minneapolis, where both Faulkner and Berlin were working at rival TV stations. Faulkner was an anchor at ABC affiliate KSTP, while Berlin was making his mark at CBS across town. Their professional paths crossed at a birthday party, and when Berlin showed up with a date, Faulkner didn’t hide her indifference.
As she recalls with humor, “In my mind, he was fired.” It’s clear the chemistry wasn’t there at first, but what followed wasn’t just a brief encounter. Instead, they struck up a friendship — one that would eventually evolve into something more profound.
Six months later, Berlin asked Faulkner out, and this time, sparks finally flew. Within a year, Berlin would propose to Faulkner at Lake Superior in Duluth, Minnesota, on what she calls the warmest day of the summer.
A Beautiful Union: Faith, Family, and Cultural Blending
In 2003, Faulkner and Berlin married in Arizona — a moment that marked the beginning of a true partnership. What makes their relationship even more remarkable is how they’ve successfully blended their differences, especially when it comes to their faith.
Faulkner is a proud Christian Baptist, and Berlin is Jewish. Instead of letting their faiths divide them, they chose to embrace both traditions. They raised their daughters, Bella and Danika, in a home that combines the richness of both Christian and Jewish values.
“We share every meal. We share a prayer,” Faulkner said. “Our faiths have more in common than people realize.”
Their commitment to unity is seen in their daily life — whether they’re celebrating holidays, supporting their daughters’ education, or simply sharing quiet family dinners, respect and love are at the heart of everything they do.

Supporting Each Other’s Dreams: A True Partnership
While Faulkner’s career soared, transitioning from Fox Report Weekend to The Faulkner Focus, Tony Berlin was building his own path in the world of public relations. In 2011, Berlin founded his own firm, Berlin Media Relations, after years of work in television.
Together, they built a life in Edgewater, New Jersey, balancing their busy professional lives while raising their daughters. But through all their successes and challenges, Faulkner often credits Berlin for his unwavering support.
“I married an amazing guy,” she said in a 2019 interview. “I couldn’t do it without him.”
23 Years Later: Still Going Strong
Twenty-three years later, Faulkner and Berlin are still going strong, showing that love — especially in an interfaith marriage — is far more than the challenges others predicted. Their relationship has always defied the odds, proving that love, mutual respect, and faith can bridge any difference.
In fact, Faulkner has said, “Tony made me better from the moment I met him. He’s my forever boyfriend.”
Today, their union stands as a powerful reminder that lasting love isn’t about agreeing on everything. It’s about lifting each other up, embracing what makes each person unique, and standing together against all odds.
For Faulkner and Berlin, it’s not just about how they’ve survived. It’s about how they’ve thrived — and the beautiful family they’ve built together.
Their love story is the embodiment of what true partnership looks like, and proof that love knows no.
