Jack and Lilly Sullivan | CPS and POTHOLES
last night on the CPS theory. A lot of you responded back—a lot of you agreed with me, and then some people came out and said,
“No. Then why? If this is true, why didn’t Malaya take Meadow with her?”
I believe that was the whole thing.
If you remember—right after Lily and Jack went missing, and RCMP was there, CPS came. CPS told Malaya and Dan that the baby couldn’t be there. So that’s when the baby—Meadow—went to go live with Cindy, Malaya’s mother. And Malaya went with her.
So the whole plan, I believe, was to get all three of the kids out of there.
Now, we were told that Malaya was supposed to stay with her mother at her mother’s house with the baby, okay?
But she ended up leaving—going to the reservation with the baby.
I’m just going to say “the baby.” We all know who the baby is.
That’s Meadow. Even though she’s 17 months old now, she’s still a baby.
So she left. Went to the reservation.
I honestly believe she was trying to get these kids out of there.
And in my opinion—this is all my opinion—I honestly believe Daniel was possessive.
I have read the text messages he has sent. I have read the messages he has posted.
No one posts something saying “he will be the man he used to be”—that was when this thing first started, okay?
I honestly believe she wanted to get her damn kids out of there.
Because after listening to these family members—and this chaotic case—I’m going batshit crazy here. Listening to Derwood from last night, and then you have Daniel’s mom saying she’s filling potholes at night in the rain—supposedly.
And Malaya and Daniel—oh my gosh.
Malaya and Daniel were in the trailer—this was the story, guys.
And they didn’t know, but Daniel’s mom, Janie, came home that night and supposedly filled a pothole.
I’m gonna add the clip in here so you guys can listen to it.
Do you… have you ever used patch before?
You can’t fill it in the rain, guys. And you have to have heavy equipment or something to roll over the top of patch to fill the pothole.
I live in the Northeast and there are potholes everywhere in the rural area I live in—that’s all our roads are.
I’m always complaining about our potholes. I don’t even know why they put patch in them, because it just comes right out within a week.
So if you know how to use it—you have to use heavy equipment to flatten over the pothole. That would make noise—unless you want to use your own vehicle with a piece of wood. You could do it like that, but you’re not going to dry the patch in the rain.
You gotta make sure it doesn’t rain—because the patch isn’t going to dry. It’s like asphalt material. It’s not going to dry if it’s raining.
So the story that this Derwood Grady guy was given—or made up, I don’t know at this point anymore—sounds ridiculous.
And it’s a completely different story from what was given to the RCMP in the beginning of the investigation.
So what actually happened here?
Because I don’t think any of these stories are right—other than the one I mentioned earlier:
That Malaya was trying to get the heck out of Dodge with her kids, and then it just blew up into something.
She might even just be in hiding from these people, because there’s something else going on.
Their stories have been changing, flip-flopping every single day. It’s a new story every single day, guys.
And supposedly this guy Grady—or Derwood—he’s, uh… homeless. He’s living in his vehicle.
What?
Let me know what you guys think.
I’m going to add the clip that I was talking about, with his mom filling potholes at night—yet Daniel and Malaya didn’t know she was home.
All right, let me know what you think, guys.
Either way, I think she’s got a boyfriend. I don’t want to say she does if I’m not sure—but Janie wasn’t supposed to be there. She was supposed to be away on a little trip or away with her boyfriend or somewhere for the night.
As far as Daniel and Malaya knew, Janie wasn’t in the camper.
And that’s another reason I think that’s why Malaya picked that time to get out of there.
Daniel was sleeping. She got up early for the baby—they were up—and then Daniel went and laid back down again.
I don’t know whether Malaya laid back down again or not—went to sleep. But apparently Malaya was taking care of the baby. Daniel laid back down, went to sleep.
Now—and this is where—there’s little things in here I can’t swear to the truth of, because I wasn’t there.
This is only from Daniel. Janie wasn’t in their trailer to see if Daniel was asleep or not.
And I don’t consider this important, because from what I know from there on, Janie was in her trailer, and she had her dog with her.
Now, Lily—you guys, I don’t know whether you saw the birthday party video, but when Lily gets excited, she starts that little screaming.
And—I mean—you know, I think it’s kind of cute. A little bugger.
So what Janie heard: she heard Lily doing that little screaming thing.
She heard Jack doing something—saying something or whatever.
And then she heard—sh.
And then her dog started barking. She woke up. She got up.
Now, this is where Daniel and my rendition of this little scene differ. I think it’s just a memory thing—our opinions differ a little bit here. But anyway…
I’m going to say my rendition of what I understand Janie told me:
Janie’s dog started barking. She knew the kids were out in the yard. She knew Malaya was taking them.
She could hear them walking—took them out the back door, outside the fence, onto the driveway—and that’s where the bootprint came from.
That driveway is harder than nails. But the night before, Janie said there was a pothole and a little ditch on the far side of the driveway.
And Janie herself was out with the shovel the night before—filling that little ditch and pothole in.
And it was raining the night before. The gravel—muddy gravel—wasn’t really packed.
So do you guys see what I’m talking about?
This entire story seems batshit crazy, in my honest opinion.
Now, I don’t know if Daniel or Janie—Daniel’s mom—told this story, but in my honest opinion, it’s completely different from the story the RCMP was given.
And in my previous video yesterday—if you guys want to go watch it about the RCMP—I honestly believe they don’t think the children are alive.
And that’s horrible.
But when the interviewer was asking the RCMP guy, he would not say if they were alive.
He said they just want to find them or recover them.
