Married At First Sight‘s Evelyn Ellis is a natural beauty, but admits even she has a secret to “feeling sexy”.

That secret is owed to one man – and in this case, it’s not partner Duncan James.

Opening up in a sweet “appreciation post” on Instagram, the reality star, 29, owed her most daring glam looks to close friend and A-list stylist Ryan Patros.

“I just wanted to take a moment to talk about my other man, the man who can snatch a waist like NO other,” she began a post dedicated to the Sydney-based fashion designer.

Evelyn reflected on “all the glitz and glam” he’s brought into her life over the years and her now insane Hollywood connection.

“I’m in awe of how you’ve remained bold, authentic, and fiercely you, not to mention the international flair you carry with pride (literally dressed Beyoncé).”

Evelyn said she was so proud of everything Ryan’s achieved in such a short time and wanted to thank him for “showing up” as a designer and a friend.

“Even when I haven’t made it easy,” she said.

From her jaw-dropping Logies looks to red-carpet events and the most star-studded after parties, Evelyn shone a spotlight on Ryan’s signature sparkling style.

“Starting a brand is no small thing, but to build one successfully in America at such a young age and then have the courage to start fresh in Australia? That takes real ballz,” she went on.

Evelyn’s MAFS journey

Australia fell in love with Evelyn during Season 10 of MAFS in 2022.

A month into the show, Evelyn joined as a latecomer where she married bashful groom Rupert Bugden.

While Evelyn and Rupert tried to find their feet in their relationship, Evelyn quickly established herself as the one to call out everyone’s BS at the Dinner Parties.’

Eventually, Evelyn and Rupert mutually agreed there was no spark and ended things amicably at their Final Vows.

She struck up a romance with her now boyfriend and then co-star Duncan James months after the experiment.

The couple made their relationship official to the public in May 2023. In the two years they’ve been together they’ve moved in and worked together as co-hosts of Evelyn and Duncan’s Dinner Party Diaries.
