On this NHL trade deadline day, expert PM Perron has just submitted an interesting proposal for Jean-Gabriel Pageau.

We know that one of the Canadiens’ main objectives today is to add reinforcements at center, particularly for the second-line center position.

He also played 7 minutes and 49 seconds, the lowest ice time on his team, against the Sabres on Monday.

It’s safe to say that Coach Marty simply doesn’t trust him at the moment.”

A high-energy, two-way center whose value lies in his versatility, faceoff dominance, and clutch play.

He can play anywhere in the lineup.

He’s not a star, but he plays as a second-line center for the NYI and could serve as a temporary solution.”
