Tom Brady has put his $150million ‘Billionaire Bunker’ mansion back on the market because he ‘can’t stomach’ living near ex-wife Gisele Bundchen and her new baby, a report has claimed.

Brady and Bundchen split in 2022 after 13 years, with the supermodel moving on afterwards with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, whom she now shares a child with.

And with Brady’s Indian Creek Island home (for which construction began when he was still married) across the canal from Bundchen’s $11.5million pad, the ex-quarterback is said to be eager to move.

‘Every time he looks out across the water, he sees Gisele’s refurbished home and perfect life with her martial arts hunk and their new baby, and it gets him down,’ a source told RadarOnline.com.

While Brady’s property wasn’t completed until after he and Bundchen had divorced, she had been closely involved in planning what was supposed to be their marital home.

‘He can’t take it anymore,’ the source continued. ‘He wants to sell the house. It reminds him of Gisele. She was the one who dominated the remodeling, and it’s her style, her personal touches. He still feels her nuance everywhere.’

Brady reportedly wants to remain in Miami but relocate to ‘somewhere where he can have some peace.’

Photos previously published by DailyMail.com show the various amenities that Brady added to the property, including a private boat dock, pickleball court and even a vegetable patch.

Indian Creek Island is called ‘Billionaire’s Bunker’ because of the high number of celebrities who reside there, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

The island is only accessible by a bridge that’s manned by a guard, and boasts 24-hour security by land, air and sea.

The 300-acre island is occupied by just 34 estates with a median value of $20million.

According to floor plans obtained by the New York Post, Brady and Gisele’s home was set to span 17,000 square feet.

However, plans changed once the pair split up, and Brady’s home was expected in June 2023 to actually come in at 20,200 square feet.

The ex-couple paid $17million for the land and then an additional $10.12million in construction costs.

However, The Post reported in 2023 that Brady had taken out a $35million construction loan to begin the new project of turning the property into a two-story bachelor pad.

Bundchen, 44, and Valente, 37, welcomed their first child together in February.

The Brazilian shares daughter Vivian, 12, and son Benjamin, 15, with ex-Brady, 47.

The former Patriots star also shares 17-year-old son Jack with actress Bridget Moynahan.

A source previously told DailyMail.com that Brady was struggling to date in the wake of his divorce with Bundchen, as he juggled his new job as a Fox NFL commentator.

‘Tom would love to date more but he is busy and very focused on his first year of being a commentator,’ an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively. ‘It is easier to be single right now.’

Brady also made a cryptic social media post the day after news of Bundchen giving birth was reported.

On his Instagram story he-reposted a quote from another user about ‘the secret to being loved.’

‘I really think the secret to being loved is to love,’ the post began. ‘And the secret to being interesting is to be interested. And the secret to having others find beauty in you is to find beauty in others. And the secret to having a friend is being a friend.’

The longtime quarterback wrote ‘Love this’ in response.

It was reported late last month by Page Six that Brady and supermodel Irina Shayk had begun seeing each other once again.
