We know Scott Cam as host of The Block, but first and foremost he’s a family man and that’s exactly how he’s been spending his time now that filming is over.

In July 2025, Scotty stepped out with his eldest son Charlie to celebrate the launch of a friend’s clothing brand.

The father-son duo looked dapper in Jacket Brigade coats, a classic jean and boots combo and of course, matching stubby holders!

It’s been a big year for the Cam family with Scotty becoming a first-time grandfather after son Charlie and his partner Amber welcomed a daughter Tiggy in March 2025.

Scotty, 62, has been lapping up being a poppy since Tiggy was born.

He proudly shared a snap from his very first NRL game with Tiggy officially being inducted as a Roosters fan and also posted some pics from a family weekend away in Mudgee where he enjoyed some “Poppy time”.

In another picture of Poppy Scotty and Tiggy, fans couldn’t believe the resemblance between the pair.

“Omg she looks so like you!” one follower wrote.

While another cheekily commented, “Chip off the old block (see what I did there Scotty).”

A third simple said, “Spitting image.”

Fans aren’t the only ones to notice the resemblance between Scotty and Tiggy, The Block host sees it himself.

Speaking previously to 9Entertainment he said: “My 92-year-old mother reckons she looks like me as a baby and in actual fact, I feel as though she does look like me when I see pictures.”

Scotty becomes a grandpa

In May 2025, Scotty took to Instagram to share the special milestone with his 122,000 followers.

“As of 5 weeks ago, I became a grandather to beautiful Tiggy,” Scott captioned a photo of him holding his first grandchild.

“I’m so proud of Charlie and Amber, she is absolutely gorgeous.”

Family, friends and fans took the comment section to congratulate Scotty on the special milestone.

“Well done Scotty, what a gift, you’ll be the BEST Grandpa of them all (you ‘ol fart you!),” Getaway host Catriona Rowntree wrote.

While one follower said, “Welcome to the club, it’s the best.”

Although not pictured, Scotty’s wife Ann has also marked the milestone of becoming a grandparent.

The couple have been married since 1992 and together have kids Charlie, 29, and twins Bill and Sarah, 24 and now of course granddaughter Tiggy.

Scott Cam is returning as host of The Block as Season 21 premieres on Sunday, July 27.

While it’s the same Block viewers know and love there are a few major changes coming!

For the first time ever, the contestants will be building their homes from scratch.

With that will come a whole new set of challenges that Blockheads have never experienced in past seasons.

And there is another big change to The Block this year: all-nighters are outlawed, and the building site will be locked every night.

This means time-management skills from contestants are a must or some rooms won’t be completed in time.

We can’t wait to see just how that will shake up the build and the competition!
