Angelina Jolie and son Knox revealed they were helping loved ones in need amid the LA fires as they stocked up on essentials this week.

The actress, 49, who recently finalized her divorce from Brad Pitt, 61, was seen at the grocery store with Knox, 16, in Los Feliz, California as they bought water and other essential items.

In video exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, the Maria star said she was concerned about the fires and added: ‘We’re having people at our house.’

When asked if she planned to donate towards fire relief efforts, she said: ‘Yeah I will, right now I’m taking care of people close to me and having them at my house.’

She loaded other items into her car before she and Knox headed home to their $25million mansion in Los Feliz.

The Palisades fire broke out on Tuesday morning amid high winds in a region that hasn’t seen significant rainfall in eight months.

Firefighters battle the Eaton Fire in strong winds as many homes burn on January 7, 2025 in Pasadena

Sunset Boulevard in the Palisades was packed with abandoned luxury cars on Tuesday as residents left their vehicles to flee on foot.

Blocks of expensive homes were reduced to rubble as the fires advanced at the rate of three football field lengths per minute.

A stretch of homes on the beach along Pacific Coast Highway have been burned to the ground.

The fire reached the Getty Villa but officials from the museum assured the public that all of the art and artifacts are safe.

The Palisades fire is not the only fire raging in Los Angeles. The Eaton fire in the Pasadena area has claimed two lives and caused the evacuation of a senior center.

Jamie Lee Curtis evacuated her Pacific Palisades home and does not know if her home has burned down or not.

‘My community and possibly my home is on fire,’  she wrote on Instagram.

‘My family is safe. Many of my friends will lose their homes. Many other communities as well.

Ben Affleck was seen driving away from it on Tuesday. He has a house in the area as does his ex Jennifer Garner.

Mandy Moore lost part of her Pasadena home.

James Woods and Steve Guttenberg have said their properties in Pacific Palisades are damaged.

Anna Faris lost her $5 million eco-mansion in the Palisades as did Adam Brody and Leighton Meester.

Spencer Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag have tragically lost their home in the massive wildfire sweeping through Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades neighborhood.

Pratt, 41, was captured in photos as he watched the rapidly advancing fire move toward his home, which is in an area featuring many celebrity estates that are also at risk of burning.

Sources told TMZ that Spencer and Heidi’s home was completely destroyed after catching fire on Tuesday.

Luckily, the couple and their two sons were able to safely evacuate earlier in the day before the flames got too close.

Last month Jolie and Pitt reached a settlement in their divorce, ending a bitter eight-year legal battle – but one key $62million dispute remains unresolved.

The Hollywood stars officially signed off on their divorce paperwork on Monday but the fight over a French chateau and vineyard they once jointly owned, dubbed the ‘War of the Rosés’, is still ongoing.

Jolie’s divorce lawyer James Simon told DailyMail.com that his client is ‘relieved this one part is over.’

‘Frankly, Angelina is exhausted,’ he said.

‘More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr Pitt. She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family’, Mr Simon added.

The former couple, best known as ‘Brangelina’, share three biological children – Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16 – as well as their adopted children Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, and Zahara, 19.

Since their parents’ bitter split, Zahara, Shiloh and Vivienne has all dropped Pitt from their last name. It has been reported that Maddox and Pax do not talk to their father – while it is believed that Knox and Vivienne still speak with the Fight Club star, though they have not been pictured with him in several years.

While the former power couple have finally settled their divorce, there is still the ongoing battle over Château Miraval vineyard in France, which is considered one of the country’s top wine producers.

Pitt who has a new 31-year-old partner Ines de Ramon, and Jolie have been locked in a bitter legal battle over Miraval after Pitt  alleged Jolie sold her $62 million stake of the winery to the Stoli Group, famed for its Stolichnaya vodka, without his approval.

Despite the divorce breakthrough, the Château Miraval dispute rages on. Both sides have said they would be willing to take the Miraval case to a jury trial or mediation, a source told told DailyMail.com.
