It has long been rumored that four-time MVP and close friend of McAfee, Aaron Rodgers, would announce his signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers at Big Night AHT—after co-host and fellow close friend of the QB, A.J. Hawk, joked that the announcement could be made at the Pittsburgh show.

McAfee even opened the door for a potential surprise appearance several times on his podcast but has also walked back the possibility. With that in mind, it remains to be seen if an NFL announcement of this magnitude could even be pulled off at the show.
