He has just reached an agreement with the Trois-Rivières Lions, right in the middle of training camp, so this will be an interesting name to watch.

He is indeed an intriguing power forward.

We join the Lions in welcoming him into the Montreal Canadiens organization.

Poulin, 26 years old and a native of St-Prosper (Quebec), is a 5-foot-10, 198-pound center.

He also played one game with the Laval Rocket last season.

In the QMJHL, he suited up for the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada as well as the Victoriaville Tigres (32 points in 61 games in his final season there).

Don’t be surprised if we see him back with the Laval Rocket again during the season, depending of course on what happens in camp.

Details to follow.
