It’s well known by now that one of the farmers cast on this year’s season of Farmer Wants A Wife has been completely edited out of the show. 26-year-old cattle farmer and professional bull rider Jack Rowlandson filmed the series alongside Jarrad, Tom, Thomas, Corey and newcomer Jack, however, his scenes haven’t been shown on TV.

Channel 7 confirmed in a statement to Yahoo Lifestyle ahead of the premiere that “Eureka and Seven have decided not to include Jack Rowlandson’s storyline in the new season of Farmer Wants A Wife”. Little is known about why Jack was removed from the show, but there is speculation it’s because he wasn’t ready to settle down.

Editors have so far been very careful not to include any footage of Jack and his contestants on the show, even though they were in attendance filming the premiere episode and every group date. All scenes with the farmers catching up have been edited to make it look as though Jack was simply never there, and his group of ladies haven’t been shown mingling with the other women.

However, eagle-eyed fans have noticed that a recent photo on social media accidentally features Jack’s contestants.

The show’s social media accounts recently shared a gallery of snaps from the Country Ball in Monday night’s episode, including one of the women arriving at the event. It wasn’t long before fans noticed that two unknown women were walking directly behind Clarette in the fourth photo, wearing a white dress and a purple floral dress.

Another woman wearing a bright orange dress can be seen behind Rachael, suggesting that Farmer Jack was down to his final three women at this point in the show.

“Who are the 2 girls behind Thomas’ ladies, maybe the farmer that got edited out?” one person commented on Facebook, while another added “Good spotting!”.

“Who’s in the background, two girls, one purple and one white dress in 4th pic?” someone else wrote on Instagram, followed by a different user who said, “I’m wondering too!”.

“Maybe they forgot to edit out the girls with the farmer who was booted out?” another remarked.

Once viewers began to notice the awkward blunder, Seven quietly deleted the photo from both the Facebook and Instagram galleries on Tuesday morning.

It’s unknown how far Farmer Jack progressed in the experience before he was ultimately cut from the season, so there’s a chance he and his women could continue to pop up at future events.
