Nicole Kidman has officially filed for divorce from Keith Urban. It comes after sources revealed to TMZ on Wednesday (AEST) the power couple had split after 19 years together.
While Australia and millions more around the world have been shocked by the development, those close to the couple suggest the split has not been a secret for some time. Divorce papers indicate Kidman and Urban have been living in separate homes.

Telling moment months before split
Keith Urban appeared uneasy when pressed about how he and wife Nicole Kidman juggle their work commitments just months ago.
Urban appeared on Ryan Seacrest’s radio program in July, and while he appeared enthusiastic at the start of the segment, he became subdued when his life with Kidman was brought up.
Seacrest suggested his wife was “in everything” at the moment, before asking: “Is that something with your life, her life and mapping it all out with production and touring — that’s a job, isn’t it?”
Urban appeared sombre and paused before responding. “It’s a job. Yeah,” he said.

The emergence of the interview comes amid claims from a Daily Mail source Urban was unhappy in the build up to their split because he “never sees Nicole”.
