We’re only three weeks into Farmer Wants A Wife, and we’ve already seen one farmer find love and leave the show. Now, the remaining three farmers are set to each meet four new women, before choosing two of them to come back to the farm with them and the other remaining ladies.

According to Channel 7, “Each farmer will spend one-on-one time with these new ladies before inviting two to join the others on the farm. The latecomers know they are stepping into already-formed connections, but they’re not backing down. Their arrival is set to shake things up and stir emotions, after all, the road to love is never straightforward.”

Chloe, 25 – Queensland

Chloe is a registered nurse who describes herself as “very empathetic, sentimental and have a big heart. I have a good sense of humour and find positives in every situation. I’m also very calm under pressure.”

She thinks Corey looks like “a lot of fun” and she appreciates that he is someone who is “always smiling and laughing”.

“I love someone who is social and outgoing and can also find joy in simple things in life.”

Chloe grew up on a hobby farm with cows, chickens and “an evil rooster named Kenny”, she says she’s “always loved rural life”.

Annie, 28 – New South Wales

Annie is a sales support officer who sees herself as “generous, extremely patient and empathetic”.

“I have a lot of love to give and always try and look on the bright side of life,” she says.

She likes that Corey “seems very mature” and loves that “he values loyalty and communication”. Annie adds that she can see the two of them getting along well.

Annie was also born and raised on a tomato farm and would be willing to move back to Queensland for the right person.

Amberlee, 23 – New South Wales

Amberlee is a vet nurse who says she “usually has more dirt on me than makeup”. She describes herself as a “hard worker” who is “always able to turn a situation around and have a humorous take on things when they go sideways.”

Amberlee says Corey “has the most gorgeous smile” and believes they “share the same values”.

Kailey, 28 – Victoria

Kailey is a medical receptionist who is looking for someone to love her “no matter what”. She describes herself as “loyal, kind, patient, caring, optimistic and loving”.

She thinks she and Corey would be “the perfect match”, adding, “We have a lot in common and I am sucker for a gorgeous smile. When I saw him, I instantly felt butterflies. He’s a family man and family means everything to me.”

Jess, 32 – New South Wales

Jess is a sports manager who has spent years following her “athletic pursuits around the world” and “moving a lot to achieve [her] dreams,” so she is keen to prioritise building a future with a “special someone”.

She describes herself as “adventurous and spontaneous,” but also “structured and organised”. Jess was drawn to Thomas thanks to “his grin and a genuine interest in finding a partner to build a life with.”

She adds that she loves waking up early to seize the day and being outdoors or by the ocean.

Laura, 30 – Queensland

Laura is a mine purchasing officer who says she needs laughs and banter to make a relationship work.

She describes herself as being “very protective” of her loved ones and someone who tries to find the positives in situations and thrives in “transparent relationships”.

Laura was drawn to Thomas because he “has a smile that would melt butter”. She adds, “I can definitely see him being the yin to my fiery yang.”

She wants Thomas to know that she values “transparency, passion and respect in relationships above all else”.

Tayla, 32 – Victoria

Tayla is a paramedic who is keen to find herself someone special, given all her friends are loved up.

She describes herself as “kind, empathetic and smart”, adding, “I can uplift and inspire others naturally. I love spontaneous adventures. And I’m known to be straight to the point.

Speaking of Farmer Thomas, Tayla says, “He seems genuine and caring. I have great memories of spending my school holidays at my uncle’s farm, who happens to be a fourth-generation farmer. I really respect that the farm has been in Thomas’ family for so many generations, and I feel it’s a great place to raise kids.”

Kirrin, 35 – New South Wales

Kirrin is an international flight attendant who doesn’t “follow the crowd or say what people want to hear”.

“I prioritize quality time with family and friends,” Kirrin says of herself. “I adapt easily to new people and situations.”

She adds that she is “adventurous and spontaneous” and likes “to make the most of what life has to offer”.

Similarly to Thomas, Kirrin likes the outdoors and the ocean, she is also “willing to risk getting hurt to fall in love with someone”.

Jenna, 26 – New South Wales

Jenna is a student who hopes to find someone who loves her for who she is. She describes herself as someone who likes “to give everything a go. Fear or stress won’t stop me from trying new things. I am also very caring and nurturing.”

She likes that Tom “gives off the positive, friendly, kind and caring vibes” that she is looking for.

Jenna adds, “I love being surrounded by animals and there is no such thing as too many. I’m always up for an adventure, and family is everything to me.”

Mady, 30 – Victoria

Mady is a police officer who says she is “willing to do anything for love”.

“I’m active in my local community. I have a degree in forensic science, and I always tell it like it is,” she says.

“I’m ready to settle down,” she adds. “I so badly want someone beside me to share in moments and to always feel those butterflies”.

Tijan, 34 – New South Wales

Tijan is a dermal therapist, who wants “a husband, kids and to be on the land”. She describes herself as “outgoing, confident, driven and ambitious,” adding, “I never give up.”

Speaking to Tom, she says, “I’m a sucker for a blondie. And the vitamin C from his orange juice is in line with my work – it’s great for the skin.”

Tijan grew up riding horses, and she falls in love “hard and fast”.

Clarette on Farmer Wants A Wife

Some people think Clarette will leave after meeting the new intruders. Photo: Seven
Fans of the show were quick to share their thoughts about the new twist, and many weren’t keen, with one person writing on Facebook, “This is one thing I don’t actually agree with on this show. Making women compete with other women when they’ve established feelings with the farmer. It sets the scene for men to think they can pick and choose, and treat women like this in real life.”

“Yes, it’s ridiculous,” another agreed.

“Ridiculous and causing more drama to ruin a good show!” a third said.

Some hypothesised that Clarette might leave Farmer Thomas’ farm because she “won’t be able to handle the new girls”.

Others were keen for the change, with one person adding, “Feel sorry for the current girls but it was getting a bit boring.”

“Could add a bit of life to this season!” another agreed.

Watch these 12 girls try to find love with the three remaining farmers on Monday night on Channel 7 at 7:30pm.
