Former winner David Genat will be hosting Australian Survivor 2026: Redemption, and four rumoured returning castmates have leaked.
While details are scarce about the new season, David has taken to Instagram to share a sneak peek at the crew filming.

Who’s in Australian Survivor 2026: Redemption?
TV Blackbox has confirmed that two-time returnee Brooke Jowett, who competed on Australian Survivor 2016 and Australian Survivor: All Stars will be back for the season.
Instagram account Realitytv_fan has reported that she will be joined by Simon Mee (Brains v Brawn and Heroes v Villains), Harry Hills (Champions v Contenders and Australian Survivor: All Stars) and Mark Warnock (Titans v Rebels).

According to TV Blackbox, the four returning players will be taking on the roles of tribe “captains.”
Simon recently told Chattr that he wasn’t upset that he wasn’t asked to join the current Survivor: Australia v The World cast, but hinted that he’d like to return to the franchise — which sounds like foreshadowing to us.
“I’m not upset I missed the cut,” he said. “If it had have been a full cast of 24 with 12 Aussies I would have wished my name was in the mix, but when you step back and look at the quality of the cast for the cut down season, I don’t think anyone would be upset.”
When will Australia Survivor: Redemption air?
There’s no air date set for Australia Survivor: Redemption just yet. However, seasons generally air at the beginning of the year, so we can expect to see the new instalment premiere in early 2026.
This year, Australian Survivor shook things up with two seasons airing in the same year. The first, Brains v Brawn II, premiered on February 17, while the second, Australia v The World, a shorter season featuring some of the best players from across the globe, kicked off on August 17.
