The gorgeous wife of Patrik Laine, Jordan Leigh Laine, has indeed just made a statement regarding their future in Montreal.
As you know, Laine’s contract ends at the conclusion of the current season, and as you also know, Patrik and Jordan love Montreal.
They chose to spend the entire summer here and would really like to settle down in Montreal for good.
That said, everything will depend on what happens over the next few months, and according to what Jordan Leigh has just revealed on social media, there are clearly some concerns about the couple’s future in Montreal.
Patrik Laine’s wife is worried about seeing her man leave the Montreal Canadiens
Apparently, she feels there’s a real chance that this season could be Laine’s last in Montreal.
It doesn’t seem to be looking very good..
It’s sad to hear, but she admitted that all of this makes her extremely anxious.
In response to a question about how she feels going into the final year of contract for Number 92 of the Canadiens, she replied that she feels anxious all the time.
“Honestly, I’m incredibly anxious all the time because it’s obviously a major life event totally out of my control.”

It’s sad to see how much this affects her; it shows that things may not necessarily be heading in the right direction (otherwise, he might already have re-signed and it would be settled), but it also shows the sometimes difficult reality of being the wife of a professional athlete.
She really seems to feel powerless in the face of this whole situation, but also believes things will turn out as it’s supposed to.
BUT I also have a strong belief that everything always happens the way it’s supposed to (just like it did when we got traded to Montreal) and most importantly I’m SUPER proud of Patty and his mindset right now/All the hard work he’s putting in.

In short, this is a situation to keep an eye on!
Let’s just hope the couple is doing well, that Jordan can still have a pleasant season, and we truly wish them both the best for the future – whether that’s in Montreal or elsewhere.
Let’s also highlight the courage of Jordan Laine for speaking publicly about all this! It’s a wonderful example for both young and older people alike!
