A leaked text message exchange has exposed Married At First Sight groom Brent Vitiello‘s shock response to a customer complaining about his controversial sea moss brand, Mos X Daily.
The former reality TV star, 36, has been slammed by dozens of customers for allegedly taking their money and delivering nothing in return.
Daily Mail has received a text exchange Brent had with an unhappy customer and can reveal his shock response to their non-delivery complaint.
‘Hi, it’s been 10 months since I placed my order during your sale. I will be reporting this to Consumer Protection because I know I’m not the only one you’re scamming,’ the customer wrote to Brent on Snapchat .
Brent did not mince words in his brutal response to their dissatisfaction.
‘Since you called me a scammer, I won’t be helping. You can wait with the rest. Have a good day and speak directly to the page,’ Brent began.

‘You’ll learn respect. Once it’s all taken care of, a lot of you will have a lot to think about. Good day.’
Another unhappy person took to social media to accuse Brent of ‘scamming’ people so he could move to another country.
‘This dude is the biggest flop. The responses are gross. Must be nice scamming people out of money to fund a life in Bali,’ they wrote.
Once a fan favourite, Brent has been at the centre of his brand’s controversy for several months – although he continues to maintain he has done nothing wrong.
Rather than apologising or offering compensation, he has dismissed the backlash as ‘the same story, same complaints’ – insisting he will ‘fix it’ in his own time.
Despite a public warning issued by NSW Fair Trading in March advising Australians not to deal with his company, and 45 official complaints lodged over undelivered goods and poor communication, he remains defiant.
Brent has not acknowledged, however, the growing number of Aussies who say they’ve waited up to six months for their orders – with many claiming they never received a single update, let alone a refund.
While Brent told Pedestrian TV in March that his company had fulfilled ‘30,000 orders for free and was dealing with a backlog due to production challenges in Timor-Leste, furious buyers dispute this.

Gold Coast-based mother of two Christy Miranda said she has been waiting seven months since she paid the brand $130.
‘He was short, rude, unapologetic, which shocked me at how uncaring and unprofessional he was,’ she claimed.
‘Brent just didn’t care, had a go at me and blocked me.’
When approached for comment about Christy’s claims, Brent told Daily Mail: ‘I don’t read any of these things or watch any videos. It doesn’t change the outcome.’
A Facebook group called Mos X Daily Scam is dedicated to complaints about the business and has 326 members sharing nearly identical stories: money paid, orders unfulfilled and communication dead.
Many have shared stories about trying to do chargebacks on their credit cards or about their plans to go to a TV news station with their story – but still no one has managed to find an adequate solution.
Despite promises to use TikTok daily to update customers, Brent has gone quiet again and it’s unclear when, or if, he will make good on his vow to ‘fix’ the mess.
Until then, consumer advocates are encouraging those affected to come forward and lodge complaints with authorities, with the possibility of collective legal action on the horizon.
NSW Fair Trading has made their position clear: ‘Do not place an order or deal with this business.’
Brent previously said there were issues distributing the sea moss internationally, because it spoils after 30 days and they had to switch shipping companies to ensure faster delivery.
The tattooed reality star rose to fame on the ninth series of MAFS in 2022, where he was famously ‘married’ to Tamara Djordjevic, but they went their separate ways during their explosive final vows.
