Married At First Sight‘s Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant are celebrating a special milestone: son Carter’s first birthday!

The couple, who met and fell in love during Season 6 of the experiment, marked their youngest child’s special day with a sweet family moment at home.

Jules, 43, shared footage of the family-of-four, including eldest son Ollie, share Carter’s big day with cupcakes and presents.

“Happy birthday beautiful boy,” Jules wrote on Instagram.

Cam, 41, also marked Carter’s “first 365 days on the earth” with a montage of adorable photos from his year.

“What a dream! Can’t believe how fast it’s gone!

“We actually say it’s a celebration & congratulations to parents who make it through the first year! ” he joked.

Jules had previously reflected on Carter’s impact on their family ahead of his birthday.

“He is calm and curious, gentle but strong. His emotions run deep (and loud 😂) & he makes us earn his giggles and side smirk… they are the sweetest reward.

“Our days are brighter, and our world so much better and Ollie is the proudest big brother (Who just has no idea of personal space yet 😂)” she shared.

Jules and Cam were the first Married At First Sight Australia couple to get married for real after taking part in the experiment.

Cam dropped to one knee and proposed during the couple’s Final Vows.

“I knew as soon as you walked through there and I just saw you just then, you are the one for me. You are the one that I love and the one I want to spend forever with,” he said.

They wed in Sydney on January 28, 2019 with the ceremony and reception held at the Beta Bar and captured by A Current Affair.

Six years on, they are parents to two boys: four-year-old Ollie and one-year-old Carter.
