We have some movement to announce within the Montreal Canadiens’ organizational structure.

This time, it’s happening at the third level, with the Trois-Rivières Lions (reigning ECHL champions).

They have just announced three hirings.

Three hirings within the Montreal Canadiens organization, this time for the Trois-Rivières affiliate team

Just like the Montreal Canadiens did a few weeks ago, the Lions are now announcing the hiring of a new video coach.. But that’s not all!

“The Trois-Rivières Lions announce the arrival of three new members to the hockey staff!

Cam Batty (Equipment Manager), Mark Pétrin (Athletic Therapist), and Taylor Roberts (Video Coach and Hockey Operations Administrator) are joining the organization!”

Cameron Batty was the Head Equipment Manager with the Madison Capitols in the USHL, so this is a nice promotion for him.

He has been in this field since 2017 (according to Elite Prospects) and notably worked within the Pittsburgh Penguins organization.

Mark Pétrin played as a forward in Junior AAA and also attended Western Michigan University.

Last season, he was an athletic therapist with the Shawinigan Cataractes (QMJHL).

Finally, Taylor Roberts worked with the University of New Brunswick and Acadia University (according to Elite Prospects) before making the jump to the pros with the Trois-Rivières Lions.

We want to congratulate them on these appointments and wish them the best of luck within this great organization!
