Habs legend Carey Price made history with the Canadiens and, in many’s opinion, remains one of the greatest goaltenders of all time. Although his knee injury forced him to stop too soon, he remains an idol for countless fans in Montreal.

The team from L’Antichambre had the chance to speak with him, and the interview was broadcast on RDS.

I thought he seemed really good in his new life, and on top of that, he said he isn’t ruling out the idea of returning to the world of hockey one day.

For now, he’s enjoying time with his three children, but he would like to be involved later on. Imagine if he came back to Montreal as a goalie coach, it would be incredible!

In any case, he announced that it’s something that will interest him eventually.

Carey Price has a lot of empathy for Samuel Montembeault, Jakub Dobes, and.. Jordan Binnington!

He also took a moment to give advice to Samuel Montembeault and Jakub Dobes.

He told them to live in the moment, focus on the game in front of them, and not worry too much about everything else.

I found it super interesting when he spoke about Dobes, saying that his body language inspires confidence in his team.

That’s a very important element for a goaltender.

He also sent a similar message to Canadian goaltenders, once again mentioning Montembeault, but also Jordan Binnington (this was before the final).

At one point, P.J. Stock asked him which moment from his career comes back to him the most.

He replied that being present for Patrick Roy’s jersey retirement was a memorable moment for him.

I found it impressive to see how much Roy and Martin Brodeur were inspirations for him, but his greatest role model remains his father.

When Stéphane Waite asked him if he had any regrets, Price said he would have liked to win a Stanley Cup.

Other than that, he is proud of everything he accomplished and knows that he gave it his all. Of course, we remember everything he did for Team Canada throughout his career.

Imagine if he had been there for the final of the 4 Nations Faceoff against the United States, too!

Honestly, it’s great to hear Carey Price talk about his journey and his future. I really hope that one day he will be back in the Canadiens organization in some way!

One of the greatest goaltenders in the history of Canada and the Canadiens!
