Married At First Sight’s Nic Jovanovic has married his partner Alex Caldwell in a stunning garden ceremony in the Hunter Valley.
The pair tied the knot on May 31, with the Season 6 groom and his new bride only recently sharing a collection of photos and videos of their big day.
Taking to Instagram, Nic shared the first photo of him and Alex as husband and wife. In it the newlyweds gazed at one another as Nic held the train of Alex’s dress.
“Mr and Mrs Jovanovic ~ 31.05.25,” the caption read.
Australia first met Nic in 2019 when his on-screen marriage to Cyrell Paule hit TVs across the nation.
Although it’s been six years since Nic’s MAFS journey, it’s clear he made quite an impact with plenty of co-stars rushing to congratulate him on his marriage to Alex.
“So beautiful, congratulations you two!” Martha Kalifatidis wrote.
Cam Merchant said, “Congratulations to the both of you mate. Just beautiful.”
While Season 6 bride Ines Basic chimed in, “How gorgeous 😍 congratulations.”
Nic and Alex tied the knot at Redleaf Wollombi, a rustic garden estate in New South Wales’ Hunter Valley.
Alex, 34, looked dapper in a traditional tuxedo while wife Alex glowed in a WONÁ Concept beaded gown.
Nic and Alex’s relationship timeline
The pair had been engaged for just under a year with Nic popping the question in July 2024 while on a private boat tour in Lake Como, Italy.
At the time, Nic, took to social media to share a happy snap of the newly engaged couple, in it Alex showed off her stunning diamond sparkler.
“It’s a YES! 💍” Nic captioned the photo.
Nic went public with his relationship with Alex in July 2023, the TV star made things Instagram official with a “classic hard launch”.
Nic was known as the cool, collected groom married to Cyrell Paule (aka Cyclone Cyrell) on Season 6 of MAFS.
The pair never found their balance and went separate ways before the end of the experiment.
Viewers became fond of Nic’s grounded nature and admired his openness about his cancer journey.
Nic was diagnosed with testicular cancer at the age of 24 and underwent chemotherapy and surgery to beat it.
