Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has revealed that she now understands why happily married men cheat on their wives.
The 50-year-old said she was brainstorming with a friend over the weekend about male infidelity when she cooked up her solution, which she called The Hot Chip Theory.
‘You know when a man cheats and he’s in a really loving relationship and he really loves his wife and he’s presented with an opportunity?’ she said during KIIS FM’s Kylie and Jackie O Show on Monday.
She continued that in those circumstances ‘women really struggle’ with their partners who stray.
‘We can’t tap into [men’s minds] when [they] say “it meant nothing,”‘ she said.

The 50-year-old said she was brainstorming with a gal pal over the weekend about male infidelity when she cooked up her solution, which she called The Hot Chip Theory
‘And we go “but it does mean something”, there’s that polarity between us.’
She then explained her theory: ‘I believe it’s like a hot chip vs a hot chick.’
‘If you’re a woman and you’re on a diet and you’ve just been like eating chicken and vegetables and someone puts a plate of hot chips in front of you its almost physically impossible for you to not eat the hot chips,’ she explained.
Jackie said that was a ‘big temptation’ but women feel guilty about eating the hot chips.
‘So what you’re saying is that the nicest, most loving guy, when presented with a hot chick, he will stray,’ added co-host Kyle Sandilands.
‘Yes!’ agreed Jackie.
It comes after Jackie shocked listeners – and her longtime co-host Kyle Sandilands – by revealing her potential plans to walk away from radio and move overseas once her 10-year ARN contract wraps up.
She made the surprising admission live on The Kyle and Jackie O Show last week revealing she intends to spend half the year living in Italy after her $10m a year contract ends.
Jackie said that women in loving relationships ‘really struggle’ when their partners stray
Kyle and Jackie signed a record-breaking $200 million deal with ARN in late 2023, locking them in for another 10 years.
But despite nine years still remaining, the popular radio host already has her sights set on the next chapter.
‘That’s my plan – at the end of the 10 years to go to Italy and live there for six months every year,’ Jackie told listeners.
The comment appeared to catch Kyle off guard, who had just finished telling Jackie about his own dream of retiring in a ‘French chateau’.
‘So what you’re saying is, after this 10-year deal’s up, that’s it for you?’ he asked in disbelief.
‘Yep,’ Jackie replied simply, prompting stunned silence in the studio.
