Farmer Wants A Wife fans were left shocked on Tuesday night after Annie, an ‘intruder’ on Farmer Corey’s farm, accused Keeley, one of the frontrunners, of secretly spending the night with him. Annie revealed to the group that one night she hadn’t been able to find Keeley, and after looking everywhere she could think of, she believed the only place she could be was with Corey.

Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle, Annie reveals that there was a lot that viewers didn’t see of the moment, revealing she and Keeley are actually very good friends. She tells us that all the drama is just “water under the bridge” now.

The dramatic moment between the girls, which saw Annie accuse Keeley of staying in the same bed as Corey, was an “uncomfortable” moment for her.

“I’m not a very confrontational person, and you can see how uncomfortable I feel,” Annie says of the moment. “I look so uncomfortable because I really have a lot of time for Keeley.”

Annie tells us, “Honestly, Keeley is the most beautiful down to earth girl. We, if anything, got along the most. We were probably more similar and we had each other to lean on throughout the whole process, really up until the last day I was there.”

While it might be hard to believe, she adds, “But now, to this day, Keeley and I are the closest still, and we talk every day. And we’ve had a discussion about it and it’s water under the bridge for me, and I don’t think she’s nasty by any means.”

Annie adds that they text every night when the show’s on, “We’re texting, and we can laugh about it now, because we lived together, we all had inside jokes, so we all do speak, and I’m really excited to see what happens for the rest of the show, because obviously I wasn’t there.”

Viewers saw Corey dismiss the accusation on Tuesday night, telling Annie, “She was not in my room, I didn’t see Keeley at all last night.”

He also told the cameras, “Oh, I totally understand the way Annie feels the way she has. It’s pretty easy to overthink, particularly in this experience.”

Annie then decided to leave the show because she said she deserves someone who would love her for her, and she could see Corey had made connections with the other girls.

She tells Yahoo Lifestyle there was more than meets the eye, and viewers missed part of the story.

“It was such a long time ago, but I really was in a space where I was super open to getting to know Corey more, but didn’t have that time to,” she tells us. “I almost felt that you could tell that Corey struggled with toying with our emotions. So behind doors, he was a little bit closed off, but I think I just knew it wasn’t right for me, and he wasn’t the one for me.”

In response to Corey telling her that he and Keeley weren’t together, Annie says, “As soon as he said that, I felt like I was being gaslit a little bit…I felt like Corey went in a bit hard, which I’d never seen that side to him.”

“I don’t ever want to feel that way, and I don’t want anyone to diminish my feelings, and, yeah, I just made the decision to take him out for a chat. I was super upset because I felt like I just shouldn’t have said anything,” she explains. “I just wanted him to understand how I was feeling and it all just came back into my face and it just made me look like I was the issue, or I was making something up just for the drama, but that’s just not in my nature. If anything, I completely avoid drama. So, for me, it was just a very uncomfortable situation.”
