Eliot and Jamie have been selling coconut water? But Jeff has launched two really rogue ventures. I never would have guessed these in a million years. Here are Jeff’s really random business side quests after MAFS Australia.
Um, Jeff is a cooking vlogger now
Well, Jacqui did seem to be pretty enamoured with Jeff after he cooked her dinner on MAFS. Still, I did not finish MAFS and think, “What I really need in my life is a series of videos filmed on a shaky phone, in which Jeff from MAFS teaches me how to air fry potatoes and makes lots of noises to demonstrate how tasty they are. Jeff’s new Instagram account @jeff__eats is for “bringing you Simple, Delicious & Healthy-ish meals while having a few laughs along the way”. So far, he’s posted videos for prawns in wraps, chicken on sticks, and this somewhat flat-looking banana bread.
Of course he has a podcast
Well, it’s not exactly an original idea for a reality TV contestant to start a podcast. Carina is launching one in which she chats to her hairstylist about… it’s a bit unclear. Adrian has also announced he’s planning a podcast, about himself.
Jeff’s podcast is on a very unexpected topic, though. Did anyone know Jeff from MAFS is actually a voice of authority on the subject of American basketball?
Jeff’s other business venture after MAFS Australia is hosting a new podcast called Ausmerican Aces: NBA Show. The other presenters – Pete Hooley and Tommy Sheridan are actual former NBA players. I have no clue what qualifies Jeff for this role, beyond the fact that he presumably likes watching basketball on TV?
Jeff told the Daily Mail the podcast is “funny, fast, and always on point”. Apparently the presenters “cut through the sh*t and say it how it is”.
