Kidman was just named the newest brand ambassador of the luxury French fashion house

Nicole Kidman is putting her fashion foot forward.

The Academy Award-winning actress, 58, popped off on Instagram with a stylish slideshow of images one week after she filed for divorce from her longtime husband Keith Urban, 57, on Sept. 30.

Kidman shared four photos of herself attending the Chanel Spring-Summer 2026 show as part of Paris Fashion Week on Monday, Oct. 6 — the same day that she was announced as the newest ambassador for the French luxury brand.

“Thank you @chanelofficial for having me and my girls ❤️ So excited to be a part of it with you @matthieu_blazy,” she captioned her Instagram carousel posted the morning after the sartorial event.

The first photo showed the Big Little Lies star stepping out of a black car in a simple yet sophisticated look. She wore a white button-down shirt, blue jeans, black heels and accessorized with a burgundy Chanel clutch with a chain.

As seen in the second photo, Kidman — who also rocked her new bangs — layered a statement burgundy blazer jacket over her shoulders to tie in the bag. The lapels were dramatic, large and outlined in white.

In the third photo, the Babygirl actress posed with Australian film director Baz Luhrmann and in the fourth, she is sitting beside French singer and model Vanessa Paradis in the front row at the show.

Kidman has a long history of collaborations with Chanel, dating back over two decades.

In 2003, the actress was famously named the face of the brand for its Chanel No. 5 perfume and starred in its iconic ad. Nearly two decades later, she recreated the look in the same dress at the 2023 Met Gala.

The Chanel fashion show marked the actress’ first professional work commitment since filing for divorce from Keith Urban — and the Instagram comments beneath her post recapping the event were supportive from fans and friends of the star alike.

“first she serve the divorce paper and then she served face,” wrote one user.

“Effortless beauty!!! Keep shining Queen 👸,” penned Debbie Gibson, while Lindsay Lohan simply dropped, “❤️❤️,” emojis.

Kidman was joined by her and Urban’s two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, at the fashion show. (The actress asked to be the primary residential parent in the custody agreement as part of the Sept. 30 divorce filing.)

News first broke on Sept. 29 that Kidman and the country musician separated in early summer after 19 years of marriage. They married in 2006.

When Kidman filed for divorce on Sept. 30, she cited irreconcilable differences and listed the former couple’s date of separation as the time of filing.

On Sept. 29, an insider told PEOPLE that Kidman had been “fighting to save the marriage,” even amid the pair’s private separation in recent months.
