SHOCKING MESSAGES FROM JOSH’S AUNT ABOUT JAY!! | BUNDLED INTO A CAR & ARRESTS OR NOTHING?

In today’s , we will be looking at the sighting of Jay at the start—and what it eventually turned out to be.

And failing to turn up to the inquest could result in people being arrested. But who chooses to do that?

Also, we will be looking at a message that could be from Josh’s aunt, and it reveals a lot of information.

So, the first thing we’ll be looking at in today’s video is the sighting of Jay, which was in Santiago del Tati—but they were quick to shut this down.

A camera over to my left picked up a grainy image of a young man, who Jay’s family believe could be him. And the bench behind me, outside this church, is the spot where a local man reported seeing Jay at 6:00 p.m. on Monday—some 10 hours after he was last seen in the rural Denno Park.

Flashed up on screen now is the CCTV image that was captured in Santiago Tier, which is a town about five miles south of Mecca—so back towards Plyers Americas.

The family were thinking, “Is that him? Could that be him?”

We also know that someone went into the police station and reported someone matching Jay’s description, looking a little worse for wear, in the company of two men by the church in Santiago del Tiered. So again, they’re looking into that.

I know that the police have taken the CCTV from the cameras in Santiago to examine them.

So this wasn’t just a sighting from CCTV—someone actually went to the police station and said they saw Jay with two men sitting on a bench, and he looked worse for wear. This means someone must’ve been very confident that it was Jay, especially to go to a police station and make that report.

There were so many problems with this sighting, and it caused a lot of confusion. They even started searching the area. That’s what makes me think it could’ve been a distraction—to get everyone away from the mountains.

Maybe it hasn’t been said who this specific person was, so we don’t know who reported seeing Jay.

Now, obviously, this sighting was confirmed as not being true. But it’s the reaction to this that bothers me—and I’ll show you what I mean.

So, the mayor came out and said that they couldn’t hand over any CCTV footage to the police because it’s organized by a separate company—and the police are speaking to them.

But the CCTV picture of the sighting of Jay didn’t come from them. And the mayor even says that it doesn’t even look like Santiago del Tati in the picture, and that he is “definitely not there.”

So if the mayor is correct, then this picture has to be fake—or from a different area. Or maybe they are lying and it got leaked. I don’t know what to believe.

We know it wasn’t Jay. But we want to know who was behind it—because they could have played a part in what actually happened.

The way the mayor says, “He is not here” makes it sound like he knows for sure, when Jay could be anywhere.
Unless the mayor knew, for some reason, that Jay was in the ravine.
I just don’t understand how he was so sure Jay wasn’t there.

And also—where did this picture actually come from if it wasn’t released by them?

But was that the plan?

What we’re going to look at next is what could happen if the witnesses don’t show up.

Several people in the comments have been asking me what might happen next with the Jay Slater inquest.

So obviously, the coroner paused it the other day because various witnesses weren’t there to give evidence in person.

What might happen next?

Well, a coroner can issue a court summons.
They can ultimately issue a warrant for arrest, and someone could be charged with contempt of court.
They could end up being fined or imprisoned.

That is very, very rare though.

What usually happens is the negative publicity around someone not attending might actually push them to attend.

What’s bad news for Jay Slater’s family, though, is that Lancashire Police have said that it’s not within their jurisdiction to make some of these people attend.

They’re referring to the fact that several of these witnesses are no longer in the UK.
That’s clearly not good news for them.

It’s also not clear when the next stage of this inquest will take place.

So what’s been said is that in some cases, if a witness doesn’t show up, they could be fined or even spend time in prison.
But again, that happens rarely.

And Lancashire Police have said they can’t force any of them to be there.

So who has the power to actually take action if these witnesses don’t show up?
Because what we’re being told is that something can be done—but the police don’t have the rights to do it.

So, who controls that section?
Because they need to look into this, and no one should be able to get away with not showing up again.

This reporter reckons that some of the witnesses will show up due to the negativity going on around them.
But I think we know for a fact that at least some of the witnesses won’t show up.

And will they get away with it?
Because it looks like it’s going that way—with Lancashire Police saying they can’t force them.

This is very bad—seeing as Debbie and Warren pleaded with the court for the witnesses to attend.

And if they don’t attend the second time, then what’s going to happen after that?

The last thing we’re going to look at are some messages that could be from Josh’s aunt—and they are very interesting.

Let’s read out the first part of this message:

“My nephew was on the same flight as Jay and hung around with him during his holiday. Jay was off his head all the time and went to that apartment to steal an expensive watch. He Snapchatted his mate telling him he’d been caught, but had knives.”

So, the first thing that made me think this could be a family member of Josh’s is because she said her nephew was on the same flight as Jay and hung out with him while they were in Tenerife.

That kind of matches the story Josh has said.

Also—it included the watch being stolen. But instead, she says Jay went to the Airbnb to steal the watch, not that he went there after he had stolen it.

And we know Rocky was wearing a Rolex while he was in Tenerife.
So maybe they’re suggesting Jay was trying to steal Rocky’s watch.

The knives are mentioned as well—which is consistent with Josh’s story.

So there are many similarities, which could suggest this person is Josh’s aunt.
Actually, it could be his uncle too, to be honest.

Anyway, let’s read the last part of the message:

“This has been seen by his friends but nothing passed on to police as they didn’t want Jay to be in trouble. He was caught in the act and that is how he ended up miles away—because the guys that took him there in the first place bungled him in a car and drove him miles away.”

This is very suspicious.
And if this message is true, then Josh may be hiding vital information.

But unfortunately, these messages aren’t confirmed.

However, they follow the same story as Josh’s—for some reason.
And these messages were out before we heard anything from Josh.

The differences are that this person doesn’t say their nephew was sent the pictures.
They say Jay’s friends were sent them.

So maybe Josh was brought into the story to help someone.
