Love Island Australia star and podcast host Matt Zukowski has broken his silence on the spicy breakup rumours surrounding him and Aussie influencer Tammy Hembrow.

Since day dot, Zukowski and Hembrow have been inundated with break up rumours. Even after their lush wedding back in 2024, the pair have been hit with rumours of a split every other month.

Most recently, rumours of a bitter split between the two began to swirl when Zukowski was noticeably absent from Hembrow’s birthday posts last week.

However, the Love Island Australia alumn has now shut those rumours down (for the billionth time), explaining that he “took a pause” from social media due to online negativity.

“I took a little pause or break, whatever you want to call it, from social media. I haven’t been on in a while, because I just got over just the — I know it’s not everyone, so I’m not blaming everyone — but there’s a lot of people out there that comment negative stuff,” Zukowski shared.

“They want to see people fail. They want to see things fail. So I was just over seeing that sort of stuff. It’s depressing. So I took a break. I’m back now.”

On Wednesday night, Zukowski officially put the rumours to bed by posting an IG Story with Hembrow on a movie date.

“So we just watched Until Dawn, it’s a new horror,” he shared with Hembrow adding that she “couldn’t watch a lot of scenes” because “it was gross but kinda good”.

As we mentioned earlier, this isn’t the first time Zukowski had to come out and defend the validity of his relationship with Hembrow.

In February, Zukowski and Hembrow were hit with more breakup rumours after they were spotted in separate states. When the rumours reached boiling point, the Love Island Australia star took to his podcast, Where’s Your Head At?, to shut them down.

“Like, we’re married, happily married, I can come down and work and stay in Melbourne. I’ve got, you know, obviously friends here, work here, so I stay here. There’s nothing wrong with that. And she, my wife, [stays] up and sees the kids, takes them to school and all that and works,” Zukowski dished.

Regardless of where they stand, it’s evident in Zukowski’s recent IG Story that they’re still completely smiten with each other.

At this point, I just want to see HEMBROW win. It’s what she deserves!!!
