**Search for Missing Siblings Jack and Lily Sullivan: Investigation Deepens as New Details Emerge**
Another day has passed with no sign of Jack and Lily Sullivan, the two siblings who have been missing for an extended period now. The search, once expansive, has been scaled back to specific areas as police focus their efforts on an investigative phase of the case. While there are still no concrete answers, the investigation has taken a more intense turn, and the possibility of foul play is beginning to emerge as a major concern.
### Foul Play Suspected but No Amber Alert Issued
Despite growing fears for their safety, police have stated that there is currently no evidence of abduction, which is why an Amber Alert has not been issued. With this, authorities are narrowing down the search to certain locations that may offer new leads. This decision signals a shift in the case, as investigators suspect that something more sinister could be at play.
The children’s father, Cody Lee Sullivan, has not been in contact with them. Meanwhile, Daniel Martell, their stepfather, has been cooperating with authorities in an attempt to shed light on the disappearance. Martell has voluntarily offered his phone, laptop, and even agreed to undergo a polygraph test to aid the investigation. However, he has requested that everyone involved in the case—specifically those close to the children—also take a polygraph to ensure transparency.
### Meadow, the Youngest, Is in CPS Custody?
Lily and Jack’s mother, along with Daniel, share a daughter named Meadow, who is just 16 months old. Meadow was reportedly at the house at the time of her siblings’ disappearance. Initially, authorities indicated that the parents had told the children to be quiet to let Meadow sleep. Later, it was revealed that they were in the room feeding the baby. The details of Meadow’s whereabouts have raised some questions.
On May 8th, Daniel Martell was driven to the Child Protective Services (CPS) office in Stellarton by a friend. Martell requested to see his daughter, but his request was denied. He expressed frustration that, due to the ongoing investigation and the disappearance of the children, CPS is keeping a close watch on everything.
This development raises some questions: Is Meadow in CPS custody? And if so, does this mean she is not currently with her mother, as initially assumed? Or does Daniel, as a father, need special permission from CPS to see his daughter, even if she is in her mother’s care?
### The Search and Evidence Collected
In an effort to move the investigation forward, authorities have been examining the wireless router at the family home to track any internet activity that may provide vital clues. Police are specifically looking at who connected to the internet and at what times, which could lead to new insights.
Furthermore, items belonging to Lily and Jack were handed over to the police. Their stuffed animals—a white unicorn belonging to Lily and a blue dinosaur belonging to Jack—were among the possessions submitted. In addition, Daniel reportedly gave the police other items, including a white giraffe belonging to Meadow and a pink bear belonging to the children’s mother.
In an attempt to broaden their search, law enforcement has turned to aerial support. Helicopters have scoured Landstown Lake, and efforts to investigate the lake have yielded no new evidence. The search, however, continues as police remain hopeful that they will uncover new information that could lead to the children’s whereabouts. It is unclear whether cadaver dogs have been used in the investigation so far, but this remains a possibility as the case continues to evolve.
### A Growing Mystery
With no major breakthroughs, the case of Jack and Lily Sullivan’s disappearance remains a growing mystery. As the investigation intensifies and more information emerges, authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings or leads that could aid in locating the missing siblings. The clock continues to tick, and the families of the children, along with the community, are desperately hoping for answers.
For now, the investigation continues as law enforcement works tirelessly to uncover the truth behind the disappearance of these two young children. The search may have slowed, but the determination to bring them home remains as strong as ever.
Stay tuned for further updates on this ongoing investigation.
