If you’ve recently seen an influx of Instagram posts from this year’s cast of Married At First Sight, no, you’re not going insane. The 2025 brides and grooms finally regained access to their social media accounts on Monday after months of Channel 9 posting on their behalf.

The network typically manages the participants’ online presence while the show airs in both Australia and the UK, meaning that all of their posts and captions have had to be approved before going live. Now that the season has finally concluded for UK viewers, the cast members are back in control.

From Q&As and cheeky photos to cryptic posts teasing a tell-all, the brides and grooms certainly haven’t held back in their first few hours of posting to their newfound followers. In case you don’t want to follow them yourself or simply don’t have the time to search all of their handles, here’s everything the 2025 cast has shared online since logging back into their accounts.

Women don’t break themselves down like that,” she wrote. “I was silenced in the media because the truth was a liability. The people who caused me harm have controlled the narrative for long enough. I will speak soon.”
