Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have left the door ajar for reconciliation in the wake of their high-profile divorce, after fans spotted a major clue.

The Aussie A-lister and country singer continue to follow each other on Instagram, despite the Hollywood couple separating in September.

Nicole follows 372 accounts, including her ex-husband of 19 years’, while Keith follows 155, with the Aussie star among his high-profile list.

The development is notable given stars commonly unfollow each other on social media shortly after a split or divorce.

However, it appears Nicole and Keith are still keeping tabs on each other online, a month after news of their split shocked fans of the ex-couple.

Some have taken the move as a sign their separation may not be final, holding out hope the pair can work out their differences.

It comes as Nicole continues to front the media amid their split and shook off her marriage woes with a show-stopping dress at the star-studded fourth edition of Vogue World 2025 in Los Angeles on Monday.

The Babygirl actress graced the catwalk wearing a custom Chanel gown in ode to screen queen Rita Hayworth.

The dress was reminiscent of the classic number Hayworth wore in the film Gilda, channelling old-school Hollywood glamour.

Style gurus coined the look Nicole’s “revenge dress”, similar to Princess Diana’s infamous black gown she wore at a function shortly after then- Prince Charles admitted to infidelity in a bombshell TV interview in 1994.

The Vogue World event coincided with Keith’s 58th birthday, making Nicole’s stunning appearance all the more eyebrow-raising.

While his ex-wife strutted her stuff, the country singer performed in Nashville, Tennessee, where he urged the audience not to read into the lyrics of his hit You’ll Think of Me, which was dedicated to Nicole.

“I’ve been covering like this for a long time,” the country music star said.

Keith then changed the song’s original lyrics from “but you’ll think of me” to “But I betcha think about me” and also switched “take all your space and take your reasons” to “all your bull*** reasons”.

The singer has also changed the lyrics of his single, The Fighter, which paid tribute to Nicole, to instead mention his guitarist, Maggie Baugh, 25.

Keith has reportedly already moved on with a younger woman in the industry, rumoured to be Maggie after he mentioned her in the song.

Neither Keith nor Maggie has confirmed or denied the claims.

Kidman is said to be preparing for a new life in Portugal with the ex-couple’s daughters, Sunday Rose, 17 and Faith Margaret, 14, eyeing properties in the ultra-exclusive CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club.

Portuguese outlet SIC Notícias in July reported she submitted official residency paperwork to the country’s Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) without Urban’s name listed.

Just months later, Kidman filed for divorce from Keith, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and felt “betrayed” by their breakup.

Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret will spend 306 days with Kidman and 59 days with Urban each year under a parenting plan.

Kidman and Urban were first introduced at the G’DAY USA gala in January 2005 and tied the knot in Sydney the following year.

The actress was previously married to Tom Cruise from 1990 until 2001, with whom she shares two children, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30.
