We’re getting closer to The Block 2025 finale, and we might already know who the winners are!

This year, all of the Blockheads are renovating homes that have been built from scratch, and are all exactly the same size.

So, the pressure has been on to make their homes unique, and some have done better than others.

Although the auction is scheduled to take place later this month, there are already plenty of signs pointing to one team.

Who will win The Block 2025?

Victorian-based real estate auctioneer Robert Le has predicted that Emma and Ben have the strongest chance of winning.

“The style and design they have incorporated are not only sympathetic to the region in which this home is nestled,” he told Chattr.

Even though Britt and Taz and Robby and Mat are tied with the most room reveal wins, he said house one very much reflected the beauty of Daylesford.

“Warm internal colour tones with a bold exterior finish provide a lovely contrast of colour, and the northern aspect allows for an abundance of natural light through the entertaining areas,” he explained. “The overall quality of finish is appealing, and it would certainly make a great home away from home.”

That’s not the only tell-tale sign that they’ll win.

In September, Emma and Ben won the most votes in the Domain Buyers Jury Challenge, so an intense bidding war for their house is on the cards!

Not only that, former bidder Adrian Portelli was also spotted in their home. If he turns up to the auction, we have no doubt that he’ll spend big!

However, another team could also come out on top.

Previously, Sportsbet indicated another winner – Robby and Mat.

Not only that, judge Marty Fox said he was most excited to take their home to market.

“I just think that house five has this really nice consistency, but it also has punches of luxury, and as the house is evolving, I can just see how it’s coming together,” he said on The Block Podcast.

“They’re just delivering something very unique. So I think if I were an agent, I would absolutely love to call that auction.”

Not only that, their home has lots of drawcards.

Along with their wine cellar, the Adelaide duo also have a pickleball court and outdoor fireplace, which they won in different challenges.

Sportsbet had Emma and Ben with in second place, followed by Britt and Taz, Sonny and Alicia, and Han and Can ($10.00).

When is The Block 2025 auction?

We don’t have long to wait, because the auction is happening on October 25, and is due to air the following day.
