It’s been well over a year since the fourteenth season of Farmer Wants A Wife wrapped filming, and four couples walked away hand in hand. While Farmer Tom Boyer and Sarah Cranley, and Farmer Joe Bobbin and Sarah Carey announced their split shortly after the show aired on TV, fans would be thrilled to know that two pairs are still going strong today.
In addition to Farmer Dustin Manwaring and Sophie Trethowan, Farmer Todd Melbourne and Daisy Lamb are proving to be one of the strongest relationships to come out of the franchise. The former gym manager packed up her life and moved from Townsville to Narrabri a month after filming the reunion in December 2023 and hasn’t looked back since.
Speaking with Yahoo Lifestyle about the transition, Daisy admits it was “really easy” adjusting to life together on the farm.
“We had a really good friendship from the get-go on the show, so we’re really good friends as well as partners. We’re pretty easy-going people, so we adjusted quite well,” she shares.
“We do the same thing, day in, day out. Todd’s still working on the farm, and he does some building here and there, and I’ve started working in the mines. We literally just go to work, come home, we’ll ride horses, and that’s about it. Pretty boring!”

Daisy spills on wedding plans
Farmer Wants A Wife is undoubtedly Australia’s most successful reality TV dating show, resulting in 11 marriages, seven long-term relationships and 27 children. Daisy admits that while she definitely wants to tie the knot one day, she’s never been the type of person to put too much pressure on anything.
“We’ve had many a conversation between ourselves, and when it will happen, it will happen. But we’re not in a rush,” she says. “We’re in a really, really good spot in our lives, we’re really happy, we’ve got really good jobs, and we’re just going with the flow.”
Unlike other Farmer Wants A Wife couples, however, Daisy doesn’t think she and Todd would have a televised wedding on the show because of how outspoken she’s been against the producers.
“For me personally, I haven’t heard from production at all. They have completely wiped me, Farmer Wants A Wife social media doesn’t follow me anymore, and they actually restricted me from tagging them a little while ago,” she remarks.
“I do believe they still follow Todd, but yeah, it’s a hard one, it really is. I would love to share that moment with Australia, but at the same time, production did us so dirty. If we were to agree to that, it would be on our terms, and I doubt that they would allow that to happen.”
