Lilly & Jack Sullivan: We’ve been fooled by everyone?!
It is Sunday morning, the 22nd of June, and we’re sticking with the Nova Scotian case—missing siblings, six-year-old Lily and four-year-old Jack Sullivan from Landstone Station.
What on earth is going on? What on earth is going on?
In the last few days, we’ve had Daniel coming out, giving an interview to CBC. Daniel, of course, you will know if you’ve been following the case, is the kids’ stepdad. And we’ve also had an interview with Grandma Belinda, who is Lily and Jack’s biological grandmother on the paternal side—so the bio dad’s mother.
I think above anybody who we’ve heard from so far in this case, Belinda is the most sincere. That’s just my feeling, my sense I get from Belinda. But everybody else? I’m sorry. I just don’t believe them. I don’t believe them.
I’m not saying any of them did anything. I’m just saying I don’t believe anything that people are saying, including the guy Derwood—or Darren, as we now know him. I’ve given what he said the time of day over the last couple of videos because there are certain things that don’t ring true to me, that give me massive alarm bells.
And therefore, it’s time to look outside the box. It’s time to think, hold on a minute, let’s look at this case from as wide an angle as possible.
The things that Darren has been saying—I know from my comments; I’m going to show you some of the comments that people have said to me later in this video—I would say those who already believe that either Daniel or Malia have done something to the children (not murdered them, but disappeared them in some way) have been inclined to take what Darren has said and not necessarily believe it, but, like me, have been prepared to listen to it and take it seriously.
And then there are other people who are just like, “It’s nonsense. It’s absolute nonsense.” And it may well be. Quite frankly, I’m a little bit sick of trying to chase him across the internet to listen to all the different things he’s been saying to different channels.
The overarching story, though, remains consistent—that Malia went down the driveway with Lily and Jack, she handed the kids off to somebody, and Malia was intending to leave later that day. But things just totally got out of hand. That’s the story Darren appears to be sticking with.
Now, does he have information that we don’t have? Maybe.
All right, so in this video, I’m going to look at this piece here from a few days ago, and we’re going to look at some of your comments. Let’s go.
“Did you kill Lily and Jack?” That was the first question Daniel Martell says he was asked during a polygraph test in the case of two missing children in Nova Scotia.
“I was extremely nervous,” said Martell, the stepfather of Lily and Jack Sullivan, who vanished nearly seven weeks ago—it’s over seven weeks ago now. “It’s like your stress level is just astronomically through the roof and your body doesn’t know what to do because it’s not every day you’re hooked up to machines in an interrogation room where someone asks you questions like that.”
He, according to him, passed the polygraph. The RCMP haven’t confirmed that, but he said he passed the polygraph. But all the questions were around, “Did you hurt Lily and Jack?” “Do you know who hurt Lily and Jack?”
Well, if Lily and Jack are safe and Daniel knows now that Lily and Jack are alive, he’s going to pass a polygraph, isn’t he? Because no one has actually hurt Lily and Jack—so you could look at it that way.
Those closest to the children are revealing new details about a case that has captivated people across the world. Martell says he’s gone above and beyond to help police with the investigation—encouraging them to search his family’s property, offering up his cell phone and banking information, and asking for a polygraph test.
Listen—they would have taken his phone and his banking information regardless, and they would have searched the property regardless. If those things weren’t done voluntarily, they would have just gotten warrants for it. So there’s that.
The stepfather is always a prime suspect right at the beginning. That’s true.
About three weeks ago, he sat in a large chair and had sensory pads placed under his forearms, buttocks, and feet as part of a polygraph test. He said all the questions were presumptive—that the children were no longer alive—such as, “Are you an accessory to the murder of Lily and Jack?”
So if they’re all about Lily and Jack being dead, which is what RCMP said they believed from May 7 onwards when they scaled down their searching, they seem to believe that Lily and Jack are dead.
But there’s something that really jars with me. I’ll come on to that in a second.
But if the cops believe that Lily and Jack are dead, and all the questions of the polygraph are focused on Lily and Jack being dead, then of course Daniel can pass. None of the questions assume the children were taken.
So have RCMP dropped the ball here? Should they have actually been asking questions that assumed the children were alive?
