In Quebec, Canada, a 3-year-old little girl is missing. Her name is Claire Bell.

I don’t have all the details, but I do know her mom—who is in panic and worry mode right now—did report that she lost track of the young girl and a pet. So, wherever the young girl is, it’s possible she’s with their pet.

Now, as I’m speaking to you, I’m not getting a good feeling about the girl or the pet.

I will leave any other details I find about this young lady, her mom, and the whole entire story in my description box. But for now, I want to tap in to see if I can share some kind of insight—at least what I see, what I pick up. It’s all alleged, not for fact.

Apparently, the mom lost track of Claire Bell again—the three-year-old that is missing with the pet—which is really weird to me. It is. Maybe not to you.

How does a pet and a child both go missing?

Hmm…

My theory, before I tap into anything—my theory is: she turned for a quick moment. Maybe she had to take an important phone call, and the pet grabbed a hold of little Claire—she’s just a little lightweight three-year-old, right?—and took off with her.

That would be a possible theory. But here’s the problem with that possible theory, right?

We all know that we would have heard some commotion. I don’t care how important your phone call is—you know, we would have heard like some type of ruckus, some sounds, and noises, yelling and screaming—and that would have had us turn around to address whatever the issue was. And we would have been like, “Wait, come back! Come back!” You know? And we would have chased after little Claire or our own child and the pet—because that’s what people do. You just don’t let the dog, you know, run off with your child into… into wherever.

So, something’s not adding up already.

And this is recent. This just happened between Saturday and Sunday. There’s some conflicting information about which day Claire Bell vanished—conflicting stories about when she vanished. That’s another issue.

Let me go ahead and tap in, because my reason for doing this again is to shed some light, give some insight. Mine, anyway.

Spirit, please tell me—where is three-year-old Claire Bell and the pet?

Oh… the pet is—the pet’s deceased.

Whoa, man.

Don’t take that for 100%. But I heavily feel—a strong feeling—the pet is deceased.

The pet was run over by a vehicle or hit by a vehicle.

The little girl could be in a pond.

Okay. I feel she could be in water. She’s in a pond. It could be a lake—whatever you want to call it. I see water. The girl is in water or around water.

Unfortunately, yes—I feel she is deceased.

You would think if you see a child running along a street or highway, or wandering around with a pet—or even by themselves, right?—you would think that a good Samaritan would stop and say, “Hey, where are your parents?” or “Come with me. I’m calling 911. I’m going to take you to the police station or wait for a police officer to meet me and, you know, take you to safety.” Because you would think that’s what we should be doing as adults when we see kids wandering around.

Actually, that would be the right thing to do.

Some way, somehow, she ended up in a pond or a lake. She’s in or around water—but there’s something about water.

If I’m mistaken and the pet is still alive, my apologies. I feel the pet is deceased. It’s either the girl or the pet that’s deceased as of right now as I speak.

And I see the pet. The girl could have died first. That sounds harsh, I’m sorry. I have no facts, but it’s alleged.

Is there a possibility little Claire Bell is still alive? 100%, yes.

But if I’m being honest, I feel like she’s crossed over. And it happened quick.

I don’t understand how she entered the water without anyone seeing anything.

I feel like this was some type of setup. It was orchestrated, is what I feel.

So, I’m sorry to say this—but again, I don’t have facts. I want to be honest.

Claire Bell’s disappearance was orchestrated. It was set up. It made sense to leave her with the dog.

And I don’t know if it was a cat or a dog. I feel like it was a dog, so I’m just saying dog. Okay? Don’t scream at me.

But I feel like… man, you guys. Not good. This was well-orchestrated—meaning someone set this up. Someone set this up because they didn’t want to care or deal with little Claire anymore.

Someone put that girl in water.

In fact, I feel like she had already been passed out—unconscious—before she entered the water. So, something happened to little Claire by the hands of an adult. Something physical happened that hurt her—allegedly—and someone needed to hide what they did. They needed to hide injuries.

I want her to be alive. Yes, I do. It would be a miracle. Okay?

I don’t know why I’m picking up on death. It’s either her or the dog. And again, to be honest, I feel it’s both.

Damn.

There’s something significant about a bed of water—a pond, or a lake. If not in that water, as I view it, as I feel—then right out in a brush area. In a brush area. Okay?

In a grassy, brush area.

I can see that the dog was… accident. This was not on purpose. It looks like the dog may have accidentally been hit. Okay? Someone did not see the dog just running out, and I can honestly say that was an accident.

Will the person own up to the accident? I don’t think so. Okay?

Hate to say it. It’s one of those things where it’s like, “What the hell did I just hit? I hope it wasn’t a human.” And honestly, we don’t want it to be animals either. But uh, yeah. You’re literally hoping it was a deer—and that’s kind of mean too—but you’d rather it be a deer than a cat or a dog or a human. So, you know. That’s kind of mean. Go along with it.

Something is not right. It will come out a little later. There will be questions asked.

There’s going to need to be some interrogation, because somebody’s not being honest about how little Claire Bell vanished.

They need to pull some cameras, if that’s possible. But I feel like something bad happened to her.

And I feel like she was passed out—not even awake.

And come to find out, somebody may have placed her in water or in a grassy brush area.

Justice for little missing Claire Bell. A beautiful little girl. Whole life ahead of her. Unbelievable. And just—snap of a finger—she’s gone… with a pet, which is suspect as hell.

One more thing before I let you go—it’s literally sus, people. Even if—there’s no way she could have just got lost without anybody noticing her… with a dog. A loud dog. A loud little girl. It’s impossible.

So, Mom—you’re going to have to tell us—not me, but the authorities—exactly what really happened. What went wrong? What did you do? Or what did someone—maybe a friend of yours? Or, I don’t know, her father? I don’t know. What did you all do to this beautiful little girl?

Because I see that she’s in or around water.

And I also see she will be found within the next 24 to 48 hours. I see that as well.
