Loose Women’s Gloria Hunniford has given a huge update on the presenters’ futures amid brutal ITV cuts.
The TV presenter, 85, has claimed that the show’s on-screen women will have job security as the cuts will affect behind-the-scenes staff.
It is believed that ITV are cutting staff levels in half from 440 to 220, but it is said that presenters such as Christine Lampard, Ruth Langsford and Kaye Adams will keep their jobs, according to The Mirror.
The Daily Mail was told that its studio audience would also be axed as it moved to a shared studio space with This Morning and Lorraine.
Gloria said: ‘The cuts will be behind-the-scenes staff, because you’re going to have all three programmes in one studio.’
When asked about the Loose Women panel, she said: ‘I think everybody is staying – absolutely.’

Gloria added: ‘We are very concerned about the team, because we have a very large team and they’re all very clever and they work b****y hard.’
The Daily Mail has contacted ITV for a comment.
It was previously revealed how the panel show, which airs directly after the schedule staple This Morning, was being slashed to a seasonal slot.
Loose Women will air for just 30 weeks of the year in the schedule shakeup, with Lorraine also following suit.
Jobs are set to be cut as ITV moves to utilising just one production team to work across the three shows.
Sherrie Hewson previously hit out at the measures, branding them ‘cruel’ as she said the show offered a ‘lifeline’ to viewers.
She told The Sun on Sunday: ‘Women of all ages, those up to 95 down to younger women at home with young children, it’s like therapy to them.
‘It feels cruel and sad that they’ve decided to cut the episodes on Loose Women, which is a show that can bring anger and emotions.’

Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women will relocate in January to the basement studio of London’s The H Club Studio, a former private members’ club in Covent Garden.
Almost 900 hours of live daily programming a year will be produced at the new studio, which features a 360-degree set with LED walls to project the backgrounds for the different shows.
Ahead of the move, there have already been departures from each show, with long-serving producer Jordan Rowley leaving Loose Women.
He revealed he had been axed and shared a string of photos alongside the Loose Women panellists, including Ruth, as he reflected on his time at ITV.
Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan, and Nadia Sawalha were among the stars who paid tribute to Jordan on social media.
Meanwhile, Lorraine’s long-time Editor, Victoria Kennedy, also announced she is leaving her role.
Victoria, who has been at the helm of the programme for over eight years, announced on LinkedIn that her tenure as Editor is coming to an end at the end of the month.
