Bieber leans down and scratches the side of his leg while conversing with Sara Tan in the viral video, which features him grinning widely and shifting his weight sideways. At one point, he also holds his junk with both hands.

Per a source who exclusively told Page Six, “Hailey Bieber isn’t sure how to manage things at this point”
The source further added, “Justin is going through a hard time and Hailey is doing her best to be there for him, but there’s only so much she can do. Hailey loves Justin with all her heart but that doesn’t necessarily mean she’s happy.
They’ve seen him go through ups and downs throughout his relationship with Hailey. It’s something he’s been open about, so it’s not a secret.”
