Jennifer Lopez has purchased a new compound with elite amenities in LA’s Hidden Hills community after settling divorce from Ben Affleck.
Jennifer Lopez welcomed 2025 in style. While reports of her struggling to move on from her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, have been doing the rounds constantly, the singer-actor seems to pay no heed to them as she is looking forward to switching her lifestyle.
The ‘On the Floor’ artist and The Accountant star are officially divorced now as a Los Angeles Superior Court judge approved their settlement. That said, reports of JLo wanting to purchase a $20 million mansion made headlines last month.
However, fresh reports indicate that the artist may have dropped her plan and headed in an entirely different direction altogether.
As per a report by TMZ, Jennifer Lopez has bought a brand-new two-and-a-half acre elite compound.
Located in the elite and slightly secluded Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills, it is said to be a massive 10,046-square-ft residence.
Its charm lies in the fact that it comprises a barn, stables, and an area for riding.
JLo’s new property also features a lavish guest house and a big swimming pool, making it a worthy purchase.
Its private residential area would be a boon for horse lovers and A-list celebs. Having said that, Lopez is no stranger to the neighbourhood, for she bought a mansion worth $8.2 million in the area in 2010, as per an Architectural Digest report.
However, the singer-actor decided to move on from the house in 2017, reportedly selling it for at least $10 million.

Jennifer Lopez’s new property seems to have a rich history, for it’s known to have served Hollywood celebrities like Sylvester Stallone and John Fogerty.
The latter is said to have passed on the aesthetic estate to Lopez. The asking price for the compound was $21 million, but it remains to be disclosed as to how much she actually paid for it.
JLo’s new abode, with amenities like a gym, theatre, and chef’s kitchen, is expected to kick off her cowgirl lifestyle.
Meanwhile, the Hustlers actress has finally settled her divorce from Ben Affleck and has officially dropped his last name.
