Its charm lies in the fact that it comprises a barn, stables, and an area for riding.  JLo’s new property also features a lavish guest house and a big swimming pool, making it a worthy purchase. Its private residential area would be a boon for horse lovers and A-list celebs. Having said that, Lopez is no stranger to the neighbourhood, for she bought a mansion worth $8.2 million in the area in 2010, as per an Architectural Digest report.
