When it comes to Jennifer Garner spending time with her ex-husband Ben Affleck, her boyfriend, John Miller, is anything but jealous.
“Everything is fine with John and Jen,” a source exclusively shares in the latest issue of Us Weekly, contradicting recent rumors that Miller, 47, was jealous of his girlfriend, 52, supporting Affleck, 52, through his recent divorce from Jennifer Lopez. “Those close to them haven’t heard of any issues.”
Garner and Affleck welcomed three kids together — Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 12 — before ending their 10-year marriage in 2015. They finalized their divorce in 2018, the same year Garner and Miller began dating.
The couple called things off after two years of dating in August 2020 but rekindled their romance less than one year later in May 2021.
Affleck went on to wed Lopez, 55, in 2022. She filed for divorce from the Oscar winner in August 2024, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and listing their date of separation as April 26, 2024. The exes finalized their divorce on January 6.
Garner supported Affleck and Lopez as they worked through their divorce. A separate source exclusively told Us in August 2024 that Affleck had “confided in Jen in a lot of ways,” adding, “Especially lately when things with J.Lo haven’t been so great in recent months.”
The source went on to note that Garner “was hopeful that things would work out between [Ben and J.Lo], but of course, she just wants them to be happy. So she supports whatever path they’ve decided to take.”

In November 2024, Garner reunited with Affleck to celebrate Thanksgiving with their kids and volunteer together with the charity organization Midnight Mission.
The exes were spotted again in December 2024 grabbing breakfast and attending a play put on by their kids with Lopez.
In the latest issue of Us, the first source shares that Miller later “joined Jen in Montana just after Christmas.”
Just as Garner maintains a friendly coparenting relationship with Affleck, the first source tells Us that she’s “involved” with Miller’s kids, too. “They have dinners and get-togethers,” the insider notes. (Miller shares two kids with his ex-wife, Caroline Campbell.)
While Garner and Miller have primarily kept their romance out of the public eye over the years, they remain strong presences in each other’s lives.
The first source even tells Us that Miller discussed purchasing a place within walking distance of Garner’s home before the devastating Los Angeles wildfires erupted last month.

“[John] spends a lot of time [at her house],” notes the first insider. “He sometimes even drives Jen to set in the morning.”
Garner and Miller proved their romance is stronger than ever during a rare public outing earlier this month. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail on February 2, Garner was seen wrapping her arm around her boyfriend during a walk in L.A., while he placed his hand on her waist. In one pic, Garner cheekily touched one of Miller’s back pants pockets as he reached his hand into the other.
