Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez recently shared a cozy, fun-filled night out at Negroni Caffe Bar in Beverly Hills,

where the evening took a nostalgic turn thanks to a surprising cocktail served to the pop star.

What was supposed to be a casual girls’ night soon became a trip down memory lane for Swift when the bartender presented her with a drink inspired by her famous ex, Joe Alwyn.

The cocktail, cheekily named “London Boy,” was a direct nod to Swift’s 2019 hit song from *Lover*, an album known for its heartfelt and personal tracks.

The drink was created by bartender Wyatt, who took to Instagram to share his excitement about serving the drink to Swift herself.

“I can’t believe I got to serve The London Boy to Taylor Swift!” Wyatt wrote, along with a picture of the cocktail adorned with a delicate flower garnish.

The bartender was clearly starstruck, but even more so when Swift gave the drink her seal of approval, leaving him in awe. “Life is such an amazing experience,” Wyatt added, praising Swift’s kindness and beauty.

The “London Boy” cocktail references Swift’s track of the same name, which is widely believed to be inspired by her relationship with Joe Alwyn. Alwyn, an English actor, and Swift dated for six years before their split in 2023.

The song, which features lyrics describing walks through Camden Market and meeting a British beau’s friends, made fans speculate that Alwyn was the inspiration behind it, especially given his British roots.

However, while the song’s connection to Alwyn seems clear, Swift’s past relationships with other British  celebrities like Harry Styles and Tom Hiddleston have led some to believe the song could be inspired by a broader romantic experience with British men.

Still, the symbolism of the drink on this particular night couldn’t have been more fitting, especially considering the circumstances of Swift’s relationship history.

Despite the unexpected memory lane moment, the evening was filled with light-hearted fun as Swift and Gomez enjoyed their girls’ night.

According to a spokesperson from the restaurant, the two stars were “sweet, giggly with each other, and having fun.” Swift sipped her “London Boy” while Gomez chose a drink called “Lonely Muse.”

The pair indulged in crispy tuna rice and spent their time catching up, reflecting their long-standing friendship and natural chemistry.

In a particularly touching moment, Gomez took time to chat with an aspiring actor who worked at the restaurant.

She shared encouraging words about life in Los Angeles, offering advice and motivating the young actor. This gesture was a testament to the generosity and kindness both Swift and Gomez are known for.

The spokesperson also shared that while the duo’s bill was modest, their tip was anything but, demonstrating their warm and gracious nature.

With Swift now in the public eye for her high-profile relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce, it was clear that her dinner with Gomez was a moment of reflection, joy, and deep friendship.

The evening exemplified how Swift can embrace her past and look forward to the future with a positive attitude—cocktail in hand and surrounded by the people she cares about most.

This girls’ night out highlighted the unbreakable bond between Swift and Gomez, showing the world that despite the many changes in their personal lives, their friendship remains as strong as ever.

And for fans of both stars, it was another reminder that even when it comes to reflecting on past relationships, Taylor Swift knows how to do so with grace, humor, and a touch of nostalgia.
