The presenter, 58, took to Instagram and shared a gardening mistake with her fans.

Kate posted: “Ok so this is less than ideal! .
“Needed some hardcore for a small bit of #garden reconstruction – was advised about 2 tonnes – clicked on TWELVE tonnes!!!!”
Kate also shared a short clip of her reacting to the huge pile covering the driveway.
One follower commented: “That is absolutely brilliant. Talk about a simple mistake causing a laugh.

The mum of two, spoke of her “pride” in her eldest and how “empty” her car felt as she prepared to drive home.
Kate flashed a smile and told her phone camera: “Another car picnic in the Vicky Volvo.
“This one much more happy and jolly and positive because I’ve got a very happy daughter duly delivered to uni.
“I’ve now got a very empty car, I can’t believe we got all the suitcases and everything in to be honest into Vicky Volvo, but we did it which is great.
“And now I’m just taking a moment for a hot brew before we head off, or I head off. It’s a big one isn’t it?
“You’re so proud of them, you know it’s what they want, everyone seemed fantastic where she was.
“But it’s also a big change and a big moment.”
