The Block 2025 is well underway with its 21st season, and we’ve received the first look at the contestants!

The first teaser trailer (see above) recently dropped and revealed who the five couples will be for this upcoming season. And this season is set to be a hectic one. For the first time ever, the contestants have to build their homes from scratch!

A massive undertaking for the team!

The promo also gave us a sneak peek at who the contestants will be for the upcoming season of The Block.

Who are the contestant teams in The Block 2025?

There’s not much information out there thus far, so watch this space as more information is released!

However, the contestants all took part in the Daylesford’s queer country pride parade in early March as part of the challenge, and were obviously spotted by fans.

Married at First Sight 2025 groom, Dave Thomas Hand, is also confirmed to be making an appearance on this show via his business, Silicone Valley Caulking.

These two are reportedly from South Australia.

Alicia and Sonny

The yellow team!

Britt and Taz

The red team! This duo reportedly are from Perth and has some renovating experience already.

Will there be All-Stars this year?

There’s been no word yet about All-Stars; read more here.

When will The Block 2025 air?

There’s no word on the official release date. However, the last seven seasons all premiered in August. So we reckon it’ll be the same timing for 2025.

The last day of filming was 1 June, so it has already wrapped!

When will The Block 2025 auction happen?

In previous seasons, the auctions took place in late October or early November, so it seems like that will be the same timing for The Block in 2025. Last season, Adrian Portelli purchesd all five houses, but has since confirmed that he will not be returning.
