Jennifer Lopez is embracing her new chapter of life following her split from Ben Affleck.

“She’s enjoying being single and is feeling herself,” a source exclusively shares in the latest issue of Us Weekly, four months after Lopez, 55, and Affleck’s marriage came to an end. (Lopez and Affleck later settled their divorce on January 6, per documents obtained by Us.)
The insider adds that Lopez, who was recently spotted reuniting with Affleck, 52, and his 12-year-old son Samuel, has no regrets. (Affleck shares Samuel, Violet, 19, and Seraphina, 16, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Lopez, for her part, is a mom to 16-year-old twins Max and Emme, with whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.)
“She was very in love with Ben, but love isn’t enough sometimes,” the source shares. “Things worked out for the best and how they were supposed to.”
For now, the actress is “having fun” while she’s “working on some big movie projects and enjoying showing how amazing she looks.”
Before Lopez and Affleck formally called it quits, the pair collaborated on the movie Unstoppable. While Affleck produced the film through his and longtime pal Matt Damon’s production company, Artists Equity, Lopez is starring as one of the actors on the big screen.

The premiere for the movie was scheduled to take place on January 7, but was canceled at the last minute due to the Los Angeles wildfires that began earlier this month.
“As much as we were looking forward to celebrating this wonderful and inspiring film with you, safety is our first priority,” a rep for Amazon said in a statement to Us on at the time. “We encourage everyone to watch Unstoppable on Prime Video, which will be available globally on January 16. Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe.”

After tens of thousands of locals were forced to evacuate, several celebrities — including Lopez — stepped up to aid relief efforts. (Lopez has also canceled several scheduled media appearances.)
On Monday, January 15, the A List took to their Instagram Story to share their appreciation for Lopez’s clothing donation. While calling the donations “generous” and “beautiful,” the company shared that they were”beyond grateful” for Lopez’s contribution.
